My Dear brother, we better read some verse before verse 19 because It is relate
Let pick verse 9 and 10
9 Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.
10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
9. We labor or do what ever we can to be accept by God
What must we do in order to be accepted by God, murder?
Verse 10
Every body recieve the ting he done good/ love or bad/ murder.
Murder base oN Galatians 5 go to hell.
The problem is you only read one verse and not read in context.
Let say there is a law in america say
Murder must punish by murder
And you only read must punish by murder
Than you say, don't go to america you Will be punish by murder

We not in Moses law anymore, No need animal sacrifice but still need love
All the law and prophet are hung oN those 2 law of love
That is why Gal 5 murder not go to heaven because murder violate those love law

You never able to produce real love without Jesus
Low quality of love may but not love to the point willing to die for other.
Branch can not bear fruit of itself
But If Jesus in your heart, you Will bear fruit, not that you have ability to produce high quality of love, but Jesus in you produce It and manifest through you
If Jesus not in you, you not save
Yes you need Jesus for salvation
Jesus Will keep you doing love not murder
