I was also thinking the one the Lord Jesus taught to the Disciples;

Our Father, Who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name...
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done,
on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory,
For ever and ever.
Amen.
That's the one I had in mind when I posted the question, but like I said it is an open (postmodern) question. The others mentioned are just as important.

I am new here but I'd like to contribute with my opinion/answer to that. I think the most important prayer in the Bible is the one that the Lord Jesus prayed for us in John 17.

20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.
24 “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.
25 “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. 26 I have made you[e] known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”
I concur......this is the most important prayer in the Bible.
It is also certainly the most efficacious! :)

Okay ladies and gentlemen. This one is going to feel like 100 of brick had fallen upon you. It's a toughie. God in the Bible marked off time to the exact precise day of the 70 year captivity.

Where is it indicated in Scripture the EXACT DATE of the beginning of the "desolations of Jerusalem" and the 70 year captivity?

Where is it indicated in Scripture the EXACT DATE of the ending of the "desolation's of Jerusalem" and the 70 year captivity?

Didn't Daniel calculate it from the years the soil was not rested? And that's how he knew of the end, on top of that but Cyrus just became King.... Mentioned by name in the scriptures.

The start, I have no idea.

Well, Daniel was taken as a captive to Babylon......so, how old was he?

That might help determine the “beginning” of the 70 year captivity and if you got the beginning date then, just add 70 to it and you got the “ending” date.

So, how old was Daniel when he was taken captive into Babylon?

Actually what I'm saying is that God Himself specified precise day (called out a date in the text) that the Desolations of Jerusalem would start.......and also finish.

START DATE:

Ezek 24:1-2
Again, in the ninth year, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, the word of the LORDcame to me, saying,
“Son of man, write down the name of the day, this very day—the king of Babylon started his siege against Jerusalem this very day.

2 Ki 25:1
Now it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came against Jerusalem and encamped against it; and they built a siege wall against it all around.

Jer 52:4
Now it came to pass in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, on the tenth day of the month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came against Jerusalem and encamped against it; and they built a siege wall against it all around.

END DATE:

Hag 2:10
On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the LORDcame by Haggai the prophet, saying,

Hag 2:14
‘And now, carefully consider from this day forward: from before stone was laid upon stone in the temple of the LORD—

======================================================================================

That would be precisely Seventy 360 day years. To the exact day. The same precision as Daniel chapter Nine 69 weeks of years = 173,880 days from the command of Artaxerxes Longimanus to the 10th of Nisan Triumphal entry, where Jesus presented Himself as King to Israel. The exact same day that the lambs were inspected by the priests before being slaughtered on Passover.

For those who question the Bible, its inerrancy its accuracy and its prophetical truth.....
Glorify God and stop doubting!

Name the book, chapter and verse in the Bible that describes God's Word as:

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.....

This is 'open Book'...

What is the closest verse found in the OT that would correspond to Hebrews 4:12?

(I have one in mind but let's see if we can come up with a better one).

I had this in mind, what do you think?

Jeremiah 17:10 ESV
[10] "I the LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds."

I suppose Heb 4:12 is a compilation of OT truths.
