All who continue in sin are sinners
Continue is the operative word. Those who are born of GOD are not able to continue sinning because the holy spirit convicts them of their sin and leads them into repentance. Not so those the without Christ. Those are whom the bible calls sinners.

But Blain say he will never stop sinning, not in this life? So according to your definition he is a sinner

But the process is not yet complete. Sin will not be removed until Christ returns. We are cleansed from the guilt of sin so that we may abide in GOD's presence and bring forth godly fruit.

You have been greatly deceived to think that your sins have been removed..
what needed to be done has already been done by Christ ..
God sees no sin in us.. we have sin because not all believe..

What he is saying is that he recognizes he has a sinful nature, and the probability is good that he will commit a sin in the future. We all do. Even you more so than you are able to see.

What sets him apart (hopefully) is faith in the blood that covers his sin in GOD's eyes allowing him to be holy and abide in GOD's presence.

Now we get to the root. If he still has a sinful nature then he is not in Christ.

Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

If your flesh/sin nature is still alive then you have yet to crucify it, and you therefore are not in Christ

When we repent we are born again as new creation in Christ completely sin free. Our sins were indeed removed from us
The new creation is in heaven; you are on earth. Your sinful body hasn't gone anywhere, and will remain sinful until the day you die. You are delusional to think otherwise.

But if you do not sin why do you have a need of repentance? you cannot just repent one time and then shrug off sin forever. even the apostles could not do this

My sinful body is dead, crucified with Christ.

Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Your logic is self-defeating because once crucified it would no longer need to be crucified. But Christ said to pick up your cross and follow him. Paul said that he died daily. If the old man was dead and gone there would be no need to daily crucify him.

This is directed to Blain, though other comments are welcome.

2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

That was Paul's last letter, written about the year 65. I believe Paul had there obtained perfection in his spirit.

Blain, do you believe that we can obtain a sinless spirit in this life if we stay true to following the holy spirit by means of putting fully on the love that is shown us in Christ?

If you don't, then could you please explain to me why you condemned the following post as being untrue: (By the way, I agree that it is untrue but need to hear from you why you say it is untrue, even as sinless also did.)

It is a great thing that we strive to fight against our flesh everyday but we are all sinners because we all fall short at times. Nobody on this earth is deserving of the grace of God. We all sin. Let the glory be to Jesus Christ who has made a way for us through His precious blood. If we say we do not sin, we deceive ourselves.
