demons also believe that Jesus died for mankind's sins and rose from the dead.
Do you have a Scripture for this? James 2:19 says they believe there is one God. Other Scriptures attest to the fact that they recognize Jesus as the Son of God and their judge. But where does Scripture say what you have claimed above?

Trying to separate grace from Christ is like trying to separate wet from water. (Acts 20:24, 2 Th 1:8).

We are in Christ because of grace through faith in His finished work alone.
But grace isn't Christ. Christ saves through grace. Grace of itself does not save because it's not GOD.

Jesus is truth. Jesus is light. Grace and truth came by Christ together. We can not separate the wet from the water.

But everyone can look at it however they choose...:)

Is Grace a Person?

Yes, in the sense that the gospel of grace is the gospel of Jesus (Acts 20:24, 2 Th 1:8). All the blessings of God come to us by grace alone and all of them are found in Jesus.

But a better question is, why does it matter? It matters because if we define grace as something other than Jesus – a concept, a doctrine, a teaching – we diminish it. We put it in a little box and tell ourselves, “That’s grace, I have it all figured out.”

The problem is your grace-in-a-box won’t change you. It won’t lift you up, give you aid, or help you overcome sin. But Jesus will! This is why I say grace is a Person and his name is Jesus.

Who here says water saves? According to scripture GOD saves IN water just like he saves through grace.
So you are saying God saves us twice? That doesn't even make sense.

Water is not God either. Jesus saves!

The bible does not say we are saved BY the water but THROUGH the water. Just like when Moses and the people walked through the water when God parted the sea. It was not water that saved, it was God saving us THROUGH water. Yes, there is nothing magic or powerful about the water, the power is God saving us because we obeyed Him.

So if water is remission of sin then when a Christian sins they need to be baptized in water again?

The book says that it was baptism into forgiveness of sins. Believe what you want.
Hi

We cannot believe what we want.If that was true we could belive that water as that seen the temporal used in a a parable as that not seen the eternal would do more than represent the invisible work of God that he calls baptism. Water baptism is used in ceremonial laws that are required but a s ashadow give no spiritul substance neded to belive God. They are considered dead works .

Why would you say that? We are in the new covenant that guarantees perpetual forgiveness when we screw up.
So you don't believe we need to repent of any sin we do? It is just automatically gone?

Like God said- it is not about removing dirt from the flesh- it is not a physical thing but a spiritual thing. It gives us a clear conscience towards God.

Who here says water saves? According to scripture GOD remits sins IN water (not with water) just like he saves through grace.
Have you then changed your view that water is an absolute necessity for salvation? In fact what is absolute necessary for salvation is being born again of the Spirit of God, and water need not have any role whatsoever in that baptism by fire. Could you please now answer the earlier question? Do you have Scriptures that shows what you claimed demons believe? It is at the top of this page.

IF we repent and have fellowship with Him He is faithful and just to forgive us. If we do our part, forgiveness is guaranteed.

No, I do believe we need to repent of sin we commit and acknowledge it. Acknowledgment of sin in the faith of Christ's blood is what cleanses sin. The hyper-grace heretics are the ones who believe what you described.

They did not get wet. It is the baptism that Jesus administers through the Holy Spirit of God that saves. Can you show me where Scripture says we are saved through water?

Ok just getting an understanding of what you are saying. I don't lean toward the hyper grace side or any side really. Thanks for the clarification
