You have given none. The one you did give said nothing, absolutely nothing, about the surviving brother being married and therefore being instructed to take a second wife. Please accept your abject failure in this regard and try again. Thank you.

So yep, there will always be those trying to find technicalities to justify their desires that run counter to what God wants.

A plain reading of the Scripture you gave says absolutely nothing about the marital status of the surviving brother, so you can only assume that he is being told to take a second wife no matter how much you would like to pretend otherwise and stand pat in your falseness.
