This is exactly what these verses are talking about. While you have been told to cry peace and claim victory as your portion, destruction comes swiftly. "My people perish because of lack of knowledge.."

The bible says that many will say Lord Lord and He will reply I never knew you.
So yes there will be deceivers. People will be led astray by false prophets, false Gods.

That doesn’t mean the one true God is not active, it does not mean the one true God
does not do miracles. It doesn’t mean the one true God is powerless.

Anyone who does something in the name of Jesus or who gives Jesus the
praise and glory is genuine. It’s when people don’t do this that you have to watch out.

Nobody said God is powerless and nobody said God is inactive. God is active indeed but active in the hearts of men.

Luke 17:20When asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs. 21Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”

"No observable signs" has no other meaning apart from "no observable signs". So a kingdom with observable signs is surely not the kingdom of God.

But you should discern times, during Jesus' times, God worked outwardly, so the verse you quoted is right for that time and not these end times.
