I only read Bibles with red covers.
Oh no that's backwards. The red needs to be on the inside.
The only one is the NIV with the words of Christ in red .
Red letters make it inspired. Black and white letters are not inspired .:D

Well, revisions make improvements upon older writings. The NIV is 7th in this procession, so the NIV is the inspired word of God. It contains no errors, and those who propose it does are of the anti-Christ.

But then there's the CSB. Its a newer update. So...is it an improvement of the inspired word or seeing it is a newer version, is it corrupt?

In all seriousness...don't these KJVOnlyists not see this parody of their belief and not realize the stupidity of their belief?

Sadly, probably not. :(

NIV has some serious problems because in some cases you have individuals telling us what they think the bible means. I read an interesting article about a highly educated man who promoted the NIV even though his father kept telling him to really read it because in some cases it departed from the actual word. Anyway, he thought his father was just behind the times but just to humor him he looked at some of the places his father mentioned and was surprised at the NIV being off from the actual word. The NIV uses dynamic thought, which is just a fancy word for paraphrase. In some places they depart from the actual word in order to tell you what they believe that it really means. I have a problem with folks giving me their opinion on what the bible says, I would rather read and study it myself.

Tell me, what are the actual words?
What the KJV says, or something else?

If you understood ANYTHING about languages or translations between languages then you would not be posting silly statements like the one above.

I can give an English translation out of the Greek manuscripts that is as close to the manuscript as it is possible to come (including word order) that you will NOT UNDERSTAND - it will seem like gibberish to you.

The grammar of English is NOT the same as that of Greek or Hebrew/Aramaic, and there is NOT always a single one English word that can be used to translate a single Greek word. In other words the vocabulary of Greek does not line up nicely to the English vocabulary in all situations.

When one looks at the manuscripts used by the KJV translators there are innumerable thousands of situations where a choice was made, amongst several possibilities, in order to try and best translate the meaning of the sentence in question.
Any translation across languages is faced with this same issue - not just Biblical translation.

The KJV IS an opinion, albeit a group opinion, of what the manuscripts said.
And this is true for ANY translation.

Whatever English translation you are reading is an opinion given to you by others....

Looks like you had better start brushing up on your Koine Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic!

The NIV is the one true inspired translation of the Bible. All the rest are junk.

NIV is inspired because NIV says so.

If you find any error, it is not actually an error, because NIV is inspired.

NIV is inspired because NIV says so.
NIV is inspired because it has no contradictions.

There are no contradiction in NIV because NIV is inspired.

NIV is inspired because it has no contradictions.
The well-known and often-exploited "circular-reasoning" principle - which we all know is always biblical-by-definition - and, is the supreme logic by which we correlate any two or more things we would like to fit into our method-of-speculation - and, which makes it easy for us to not have to think outside-the-loop - was inspired by the NIV... ;):D

Then yours is a problem with God's mandates: Ephesians 4:11ff; 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13; Hebrews 13:17; 1 Timothy 5:17; Acts 20:28; Romans 12:8; 2 Timothy 4:1ff.
