One is inspired, the other is not
Leviticus 11:13-20 KJV
13 And these are they which ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they are an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,
14 And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
15 Every raven after his kind;
16 And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
17 And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,
18 And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,
19 And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
20 All fowls that creep, going upon all four, shall be an abomination unto you.

Leviticus 11:13-20 NIV
13 “‘These are the birds you are to regard as unclean and not eat because they are unclean: the eagle,[a] the vulture, the black vulture,
14 the red kite, any kind of black kite,
15 any kind of raven,
16 the horned owl, the screech owl, the gull, any kind of hawk,
17 the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl,
18 the white owl, the desert owl, the osprey,
19 the stork, any kind of heron, the hoopoe and the bat.
20 All flying insects that walk on all fours are to be regarded as unclean by you.

So, I take it you are a penguin eater.

They can, ants do not have 4 legs. But they must not rip some of their legs off to make them have only 4. In that moment it is unclean.

reckon we ought to watch the ants and be careful not to eat any that are waving exactly two of their legs in the air while walking on the other four

When I am thinking about it, we can eat ants, but we cant eat their queens. Only queens are winged and flying.

So we can have as much ants as we like on a lunch today, yummy!

Oh no that's backwards. The red needs to be on the inside.
The only one is the NIV with the words of Christ in red .
Red letters make it inspired. Black and white letters are not inspired .:D
Blessings
Bill
I don't agree with you on the NIV thing, but I like the red letter versions.

Reminds me of a book a friend of mine had about the British, in particular the Scottish,
there was a section about Glaswian where one said "afellafelloffalorry" :D
