Stillness

It's too hard to read your post in the format you have typed. It needs broken into paragraphs, and most people will not read it unless it's easily readable.

I just read Galatians 1-4 and really Paul was teaching the New Testament in place of the Old..

He really worked to stop people being bewitched by the circumcision who rejected Faith in place of works.. as in the law of Moses.

He genuinely believed and was Faithful to the New Husband.. the New Testament of Our Lord . He was different to the rest because He was not an eye witness so He was converted and sharing from within by the Holy Spirit.

He took the Gospel to the Gentiles and then wrote His epistles.. So they refer and explain.. teaching Truth but the Testament is the Messiah's Testimony... not Paul's writings.

The Words of Eternal life come through the Messiah's Testimony... that is why He teaches us to build our house there.

The Bible is set in such a way from cover to cover.. even a final Teaching in Revelation to believe and take heed.

The kingdom of God is within. We are each living stones of a tabernacle of His glory. There are various degrees of light in our tabernacle. Some is dim, others bright. Depending on our understanding of the scriptures.

This tabernacle has a foundation, that is built on the prophecies concerning the seed that strikes the head of the serpent. Only one accomplished this feat. He looked but found no other help so His own arm, or strength brought salvation. That is the testimony that the tabernacle is built on. We the house of God builds on this foundation.

The building is out of revelation of Him or the progression of light (understanding) the revealed One, Yeshua, which His very name means salvation.

The works are of the glory or the power of Holy Spirit within the tabernacle, (our body) by grace through faith. Grace is the unmerited favor given through the gospel that brings forth the divine image within.

So we hear His Voice speak from out of the Kingdom within, and we are filled with His Spirit to speak forth His Word, or move in the giftings of the glory, the presence of Holy Spirit ruling in our inner man.

This is how His Body moves in unity with the Head.

So where is our boasting of works that one does? This is our obedience. Not by laws. Laws are no longer needed when we are the temple or moving tabernacle of God through His Sons work alone.

understand?

That just came out of His glory.

will be back later.

This is His Glory:

John 6

32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.
33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.
37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.
38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
41 The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.
42 And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?
43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves.
44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
45 It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
48 I am that bread of life.
49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.
50 This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.
51 I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us his flesh to eat?
53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.
60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

Says the man with 500 posts in this thread

And if I were to permanently close this thread another one just like it will arise within weeks (if not days) and you (and numerous others from both sides of the debate will be waiting to correct (ad infinitum) those whose doctrine does not line up with yours perfectly.

Well, can't say I didn't try.

They used to close the threads before they got this bad.

Not anymore.

Why should I bother to speak up, while others remain silent?

I'm speaking to somebody: you can't be scared all your little life.

Don't worry about me saying anything else, cause I don't see the point.

There's truth in this phrase out of a song: "You've got to stand for something, or you'll fall for anything.

We're doing an excellent job of falling, I see.

We're proving where we're at in prophecy. The Falling Away.

It can't be stopped or slowed down.

But we can make a difference one soul at a time.

Jesus is Coming. And we will give an account of our deeds, or lack thereof.

Gift Righteousness (God) ;) - Works Righteousness (Self):(

Romans 3:21

But now apart from the Law the righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,

Romans 3:22

even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all those who believe; for there is no distinction;

1 Corinthians 1:30

But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,

2 Corinthians 5:21

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

Romans 10:4

For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

Romans 5:17

For if by the transgression of the one, death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Philippians 3:9

and may be found in Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith,

If one studies acts, when Paul went throughout the region, he would reason from scripture with the OT only, and thousands of people came to Christ,

he he had no New Testament, he did not have the gospels, all he had was the OT, he told Stephen later that as a child he knew enough of scripture to be saved.

Jesus did not replace the OT, he fulfilled the OT, the new covenant is th fulfillment of the old, that's why Paul could reason from the OT and people could be born again,

Works righteousness is in fact unrighteousness

Our unrighteous sin goes to him, and His righteousness comes to us

Therefore, where death and sin once reigned, now righteousness and grace reign

So amazing when one really stops and thinks about it.

Like the Bereans they went back to scripture

Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.
Acts 17:11

None of our works will save us.
If you mean none of our works will earn us salvation you are correct.

None of our works will KEEP us saved.
If you mean none of our works will continue to earn us salvation you are correct again.

None of our works will gain us access to heaven.
Wrong!

Christ will use our works to determine if you go to the left as a goat, or to the right as a sheep:

"34“Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35‘For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; 36naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ " (Matthew 25:34-36 NASB)

Are you able to understand how that's true, yet that not be a damnable works gospel?

WHY do we do good works? For the purpose of fulfilling the command to love one another, and to show God's love to others through us. :)
That is one reason we do good works. But for the purpose of this thread, the reason we do good works is because we love God. That's why our works are able to used by Christ as the evidence of our faith and love for God and which will then be used to determine if we go to the left or to the right at the Judgment.

If a person can't prove his faith by being characterized as someone who loves God and loves people (the two greatest commands) then they will be found to be unbelievers (or ex-believers) and they will be sent to the left to be condemned in the fiery hell. Christ warned us, people. Get the faith that saves, and prove you have that salvation by working it out. That is how you will have surety and security in Christ. Mere words of confession do not give assurance of salvation. Work does.

How to live in Gift Righteousness….

They receive salvation by putting total faith in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins, but then they return to believing that the Lord still relates to them on the basis of their works, even after their salvation.

Colossians 2:6 says, “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him.” That means if you were saved by putting faith in God’s grace alone, then you maintain that relationship in the same way. Some people sing “Just As I Am Without One Plea” when they are born again. They need to sing this song all the way through their Christian lives.

Failure to understand this truth is at the root of all guilt and condemnation. Satan’s only inroad into our lives is sin.

If we understand our right standing with God on the basis of what Jesus did for us, and not by our own actions, then Satan’s power to condemn is gone. Those who live with a feeling of unworthiness are not trusting in God’s righteousness but are looking to their own actions to obtain right standing with God. That will never work.

It's amazing , they refused to just take one of the top men in Gods church ever. yet people today think we are ok if we blindly follow the pastor of our church,

That's too bad and I hope no one wanted her banned. This is the reason for not interacting with some people as we can all get in a Hebrews 12:15 situation.

We can agree to dis-agree without the bad behavior that all of us can get into if our beliefs are challenged.

We will miss her and you too Allen.

Bless you brother and tell her that we love her and one day we will all walk together and speak of the love and grace our loving Father and Lord have for us all.

That is so sad to here...:(...People may cast her out but Jesus will not...He will not lose one that has been given to Him by our Loving Father...Many things i read on the thread last night were truly shocking, not only by Fran but how others reacted without love and yet claim to be walking in the Holy Spirit...I wonder if any truly walked away from last nights episode and asked for forgiveness for their sharp un called remarks that were written...Sarcasm was at it`s height, play ground remarks with spite back and forth, likes on post where there should be no likes, fuel adding to the fire...It takes two to tango, and last night Fran was not dancing on her own...Allen, please send my regards to Fran if you are in touch with her, despite what when on last night she is my sister in Christ:), in Jesus name amen...xox...
