Look guys...

I don't have to share these things and neither does Meggido. I post them on my blog and share occasionally elsewhere. But, when we are given truth...if we don't share it..we will be judged for it.

And how we hear is important. We have the mind of Christ...righteous minded, not sin minded. Sheep are beasts...and think of beast nature in Revelations.

Do you want the nature of the beast? That is even a phrase that we carelessly use but has great spiritual meaning.

I know there are lambs...but lambs can grow quickly when hearing truth.

It's not just OT where God or Jesus called us sheep. It's in the gospel, and even in Revelation, we are called sheep, when He will separate the sheep from the goats. I don't find it offensive. I find it kind of comforting actually...:)
I am not going to be at this judgement stunned. I will be with Him. Bold statement? Yes it is.

You have to separate yourself from the nation of Israel. We the body are not Israel.

Separate the Word as to who the body is, and what the nation is.

Sorry stones, I can't follow that. You aren't making sense to me right now. Might be my tiredness, dunno.

He will separate the people one from another like a shepherd separates and He will place the sheep on His right and the goats on His left. Then He will say to those on His right, Come you who are blessed by My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.

I get that you aren't crazy about Him calling you a sheep, but who inherits a Kingdom if not a son? But you think you won't be there...?

Respectfully truthtalk. You just called yourself a sheep and not a Son. Do you see that?
Respectfully, I do not understand your comment; There are places in the bible where Gods people are referred to as sheep;

"and The Lord is our Shepherd
." Jesus was born the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world; I just do not see any disrespect made by my post, but please excuse me if I offended you. in addition; I have edited the old post.

Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people,
"and the sheep of his pasture." Psalm100;3

Repost:

Hi Stunnedbygrace, I agree with your post with all my heart.

Any time someone approaches a Christian who says he can offer you a deeper relationship with Jesus or a deeper understanding of the bible; about grace, about sin, about salvation, about God; you name it, it is a lie; and a red flag should appear in your mind asking questions.

Especially if someone demeans your intelligence and they say that you have a babies faith of understanding. It is a sin to try to lure God's sheep, "(people)", away from the fold. It is the Great Shepherd
who will lead us to greener pastures and still waters.

9) "For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, 10) and in Christ you have been brought to fullness."
Collossians2:9

All you have to say is, no thank you, I have the fullness of God dwelling in me.

This makes no sense to me as did your comment about the "sheep" I edited my post to read "(people)", just for you.

Wait...we aren't sheep but there are lambs...?

And what truth is it you need to share so that you aren't judged? That it's wrong to identify as a sheep when our own Lord called us sheep? The man said nothing wrong stones.

Maybe I'm just tired and misunderstanding what's going on here but it started to feel a little bit spooky to me.

My post was edited just for you; yes lambs grow up to be sheep; and children grow up to be forgiving adults hopefully.

I had something I had to do. Sorry to leave you guys hanging.

And I apologize for not making this clear.

We are sheep when first born again. We are taken care of and love to be with the Shepherd. This doesn't change but what changes is as we mature in the faith. Lambs are new converts.

At a time in our walk and it varies with all, start to mature. We begin the overcoming life. This is babes, to young men according to 1John. And we begin to see Sonship. It's only this way though because of what we are hearing in fellowships and churches.

Jesus paid the price to bring many sons to glory.

~Heb 2:10 For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are

all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

Glory is the presence of Holy Spirit within us. Like the temple filling the Holy of Holies. The Holy Place has bread and the candlestick. I think...would have to go back to look.

We are compared to the temple of the nation of Israel. The courtyard before taken in. The outer court, the Holy place, and the Holy of Holies.

We begin to take on Sonship...leaving the sheepfold behind. And through our overcoming with the Lord at our side...Holy Spirit, the anointing, we walk in His Spirit.

Maturity or when the perfect comes is the fullness of glory in the house. The whole body of Christ.

We must go from being sheep minded to Sonship minded, which is the mind of Christ.

~
Php 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

Php 2:6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

Php 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:

Php 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Php 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:

Php 2:10  That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

Php 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Lights in the World

Php 2:12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Php 2:13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Php 2:14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

Php 2:15  That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

Php 2:16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

Php 2:17 Yea, and if I be offered upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I joy, and rejoice with you all.

Php 2:18 For the same cause also do ye joy, and rejoice with me.

Sonship is to know we've died with Christ and have been raised with Him. The purpose of Sonship is to be make in His image...and do the works He did.

And to have His mind that we have the same power that Jesus had on earth. He being the Head, we the body, we move with Him on earth...living and moving and having our being in Him.

This is Sonship...no longer sheep minded but One with the Lord which is the true meaning of abiding.

Sheep are not one with God.

So stop thinking of yourselves as sheep and be the Sons that He bought and paid for.

Study for yourself and see if these things be so.

Don't think i"m picking on you stonesoffire, but let's correct this. a lamb is meant for slaughter because they are tender and tasty, that is why they kill them before they are full grown sheep. sheep are meant for their wool. Jesus called us his sheep for a reason. we must be groomed of our wool which is the sin in us. he take care of us as a sheperd takes care of his sheep.

Everything you have posted points to the worthiness of Christ.
We are clothed in HIS righteousness.
David speaks to this....the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness without the deeds of the law (works)....

You stated nobody is righteous yes or no? The Bible says we are made righteous through faith, you disagreed with the verses I used to show you that we are made righteous , you still disagree, which means you disagree with the Bible.....
The Bible says none are righteous, do you disagree with that? I did refer to that Scripture while making my point, so your accusation falls flat. None are righteous but Christ, do you disagree with that? We are made righteous through Christ, do you disagree with that? It is not our righteousness! We put on HIS righteousness, do you disagree with that? Without Him working in and through us, we can do nothing, do you disagree with that, too? It is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose, do you disagree with that as well? It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me, do you disagree with that? Just how much of the Bible do you disagree with, Meggido?

I think what some comprehend not, is that doing deeds of kindness from heart purity that pleases the Father is salvation continuance............be blessed
What you fail to understand is that salvation is a one time event with eternal consequence and nothing we do after the fact can embellish it or make it secure....it is already eternal is scope and application...!
