well, it is true,, I warned my kids, as my parents warned me.. Nothing different about God warning us , well accept he is perfect and seeds all. And would never be wrong in his warnings....lol
Im not sure if i have ever explained what loss of salvation means. Its not so much as its gone but so much as denied.

Salvation is never lost but can be denied by mankind being a believer or not both can deny it.

Idk if this clarifies it but i also believe that this topic should never be the basis of teaching. As to The message of the cross should be center and everything else branches off it.

But on this topic some seem to ignore these warnings aa non relative. So for my own sake i debate it and at the same time it builds my apologetics. And so far i have only been led to truth so my stance still remains.

Maybe one day it will change but i see scripture with warnings about falling away and believers apostasy as a possibility.

In the father... Did God not ask them to keep the faith that never again will i flood the land...
Nope he asked them to keep the law in the OT.

I say OT because you mention the flood. Before the flood and after after the flood there was no law written down and Israel did not exist in that time.

The Abrahamic covenant was unconditional as was the Nohaic covenant.

Both of these covenants were based on Gods faithfulness.

The faithfulness of God was the promise of never flooding the world again.

Genesis 9:11
Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”

If you can give me a bible verse where God asks them to keep the faith so he won't flood the world again please let me know.

God gave the following in the nohaidic

Genesis 9:1-11

God's Promise to Noah

So God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth. And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be on every beast of the earth, on every bird of the air, on all that move on the earth, and on all the fish of the sea. They are given into your hand. Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood. Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning; from the hand of every beast I will require it, and from the hand of man. From the hand of every man's brother I will require the life of man.
“Whoever sheds man's blood,
By man his blood shall be shed;
For in the image of God
He made man.
And as for you, be fruitful and multiply;
Bring forth abundantly in the earth
And multiply in it.”
Then God spoke to Noah and to his sons with him, saying: “And as for Me, behold, I establish My covenant with you and with your descendants after you, and with every living creature that is with you: the birds, the cattle, and every beast of the earth with you, of all that go out of the ark, every beast of the earth. Thus I establish My covenant with you: Never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood; never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.”

No mention of faith here.

But he wasn't dead but was assured where he would be before he died.

Jesus was already dead before the thief was dead.

John 19:31-33
Jesus' Side Is Pierced
Therefore, because it was the Preparation Day, that the bodies should not remain on the cross on the Sabbath (for that Sabbath was a high day), the Jews asked Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. Then the soldiers came and broke the legs of the first and of the other who was crucified with Him. But when they came to Jesus and saw that He was already dead, they did not break His legs.
Yes and Jesus knew. It wasn't like the theif was going anywhere i mean that very last act of faith was and is beautiful to see. That this man dying on the cross, fighting every breath, bleeding and this man saw Jesus innocence and spoke up to defend him in the midst of his suffering. This man acknowledged he was a sinner and deserved that suffering while Jesus did not. Jesus's suffering must of made his message even more real to the thief. The thief could of kept quiet and suffered alone.

But he acted in faith to believe Jesus and he held on to this faith unto the end. We know once they started breaking legs it was to speed up death.

A dying mans act of faith is still this man being faithful unto the end. For some we have years to remain faithful but for those who except Jesus in the end is still excepted just as someone who remains faithful from childhood.

But ultimately its a heart thing and Jesus could see it, as can God

These scriptures are obvious basically saying look no one can come to Jesus in less they know of Jesus.

We know this because God wants all to be saved. We even see tribes that have never heard of God or Jesus but still feel the call within to worship something.

Its just a matter of once they hear do they respond.
