No one denies the cited verses.....a person is either GUILTY UNDER the LAW or PLACED into the positioning of GRACE (WHEREIN WE NOW STAND)...does not change the multifaceted aspect of grace and how it is applied....NO different that an umbrella....I am STANDING UNDER GRACE......just as IF I was standing UNDER a TREE IN MY YARD it is a POSITION afforded unto those who have actually trusted into the saving faith of CHRIST biblically! <--regardless of your ability to see it or believe it
If grace is like a sheltering tree, how is it possible to multiply in your tree like Peter pronounces?

If grace is like a tree planted in one's yard, how can they ever "walk out" their faith when they can never go anywhere? That person would have to remain exactly where they are forever else risk leaving its umbrella, no growth...but that's not how God is recorded to operate at all with Abraham or any of the patriarchs or any of the apostles who were justified by their faith.

Scripture says Christ was full of Grace. If grace is a position or also a type of mercy then why would Christ need God's mercy or to be in that position if he was sinless at all times?

It just doesn't fit to me, but thanks for the conversation. We're probably going to go in circles at this point so I'll just leave it here.

1 John 5
Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.

2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments
.

3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

4 For whatsoever is born of God
overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.

10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.

11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.

13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

1 peter 1

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
romans 9

30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.

31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.

32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;

33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

Romans 10
10 Brethren, my heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.

2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.

3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth

it is so sad
Yes it is sad, whether they listen or not keep preaching the word. NoNameMcgee I am amazed at your Christian growth and love for Jesus. You are good soil my man "keep on truckin" as we use to say, meaning you're goin' the right way....:)

Ezekiel’s Call to Be a Prophet:
Ezekiel2:6

6) And you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns are all around you and you live among scorpions. Do not be afraid of what they say or be terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people.
7) You must speak my words to them, whether they listen or fail to listen, for they are rebellious.

NoName, please tell me whats all the noise about "spiking 60,000" about what?

Nothing you say above makes a lick of sense....and ALL of your points flat deny the power of Christ.....I mean...How many people do you know that pull an umbrella and then it floats in the air and they walk out from underneath it......and your point about PETER....has no bearing at ALL on the positioning of GRACE which is not static.......and your right......nothing but circles as long as you fail to actually understand GRACE and ALL that it does for a believer.......tragic!

You are right Grace is not static, and Jesus was full of Grace and Truth, but who can translate God's Grace into words. We sing about, "amazing grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me" I think God's grace and mercy walk hand in hand, we all need both to survive. No amount of good works will merit either grace or mercy or God's love. And why does one person reject God's grace and another will bow down and sing of the grace and mercy and love of God for an eternity.

The Doxology:
Romans11:33-36

33) Oh, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable his judgments,
and his paths beyond tracing out!

34)
“Who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has been his counselor?”

35)
“Who has ever given to God,
that God should repay them?”

36)
For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen.

Oh I know......................a catch 22 for sure........exactly why most criminals decry foul and innocence.......no ability to admit the truth....

I have yet to see one who pushes the law or obedience to the law as a part of their righteous standing and or for salvation to actually admit they break the very law abiding drivel that they push....and i do not mean tap dancing around indicating they have sinned and MIGHT SIN in the future, but rather an honest statement that they actually break the law.....
New International Version 1984 Isaiah 5:20-24 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. Woe to those who are heroes at drinking wine and champions at mixing drinks, who acquit the guilty for a bribe, but deny justice to the innocent. Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel.

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.

You can post Isaiah until your blue in the face....I have not done that and your false allegations prove who leads you pal...and the Holy Spirit is not it.....and keep it up your time is coming....!

Go away and or post something truthful or relevant.........the law is in force and deems all guilty....especially one who incessantly pushes law keeping drivel to maintain righteousness before God....and your deceitful, incessant accusatory rigmarole is really getting old....
Romans 9:4-5 the people of Israel. Theirs is the adoption as sons; theirs the divine glory, the covenants, the receiving of the law, the temple worship and the promises. Theirs are the patriarchs, and from them is traced the human ancestry of Christ, who is God over all, forever praised! Amen.

New International Version 1984 Ephesians 2:11-22 One in Christ Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (that done in the body by the hands of men)— remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near. For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit. Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God’s people and members of God’s household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.

ARE YOU NOT DIVIDING AGAIN WHAT GOD HAS MADE AS ONE BY INJECTING INTO THE DISCUSSION THE LAW WHICH WAS A DIVIDING WALL OF HOSTILITY WHICH HE HAS ABOLISHED IN HIS FLESH?

YOU SHOULD KNOW WHO'S WORK THAT IS. STOP YOUR DECEPTION AND REPENT.
