2 fold the children of hell...........! Anf make no mistake, they only include the bible to appear legit....at the end of the day they peddle the book of Mormon.........I worked for a guy who was a Mormon and he gave "Talks" in his temple....we had numerous rounds anf he always walked away peeved because he could not get one over on thr word of God.....one day his final reply to me was to write me a letter stating that he had to be right and no way mormonism was wrong.....tragic that he will go to the grave believing that crap!
Hopefully God will use someone or something without a heated debate that he'll realize the truth of Jesus Christ in his life before he dies..

They are not submitting out of obedience, they are doing it for the money. If the government paid you to feed and house openly gay people without requiring them to repent would you do it? How about drunkards or Idolaters? I think not!
So where did you get the idea, that we are NOT supposed to show CHRIST's LOVE to SINNERS ? ? ?

Here is a secret that I LEARNED decades ago. If you first meet a REAL NEED for the Unsaved, you have earned the right to Witness to him, NOT the other way around. In other words, YES I WOULD, EVEN IF THEY DID NOT PAY ME.

So where did you get the idea that openly gay UNSAVED individual is a worse Sinner than you ? ? ?

James 2:8-10 (CSBBible)
8 Indeed, if you fulfill the royal law prescribed in the Scripture, Love your neighbor as yourself, you are doing well.
9 If, however, you show favoritism, you commit sin and are convicted by the law as transgressors.
10 For whoever keeps the entire law, and yet stumbles at one point, is guilty of breaking it all.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (HCSB)
9 Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be deceived: No sexually immoral people, idolaters, adulterers, or anyone practicing homosexuality,
10 no thieves, greedy people, drunkards, verbally abusive people, or swindlers will inherit God’s kingdom.
11 And some of you used to be like this. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Did not JESUS HIMSELF heal all ten of the Leopards, even though only ONE came back to THANK GOD ? ? ?

Luke 17:11-19 (NCV)
11 While Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem, he was going through the area between Samaria and Galilee.
12 As he came into a small town, ten men who had a skin disease met him there. They did not come close to Jesus
13 but called to him, “Jesus! Master! Have mercy on us!“
14 When Jesus saw the men, he said, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.“ As the ten men were going, they were healed.
15 When one of them saw that he was healed, he went back to Jesus, praising God in a loud voice.
16 Then he bowed down at Jesus’ feet and thanked him. (And this man was a Samaritan.)
17 Jesus said, “Weren’t ten men healed? Where are the other nine?
18 Is this Samaritan the only one who came back to thank God?“
19 Then Jesus said to him, “Stand up and go on your way. You were healed because you believed.“

I do not think you are that familiar with the story of Zacchaeus ? ? ?

Did JESUS befriended him before or after he REPENTED ? ? ?

Luke 19:1-10 (HCSB)
1 He entered Jericho and was passing through.
2 There was a man named Zacchaeus who was a chief tax collector, and he was rich.
3 He was trying to see who Jesus was, but he was not able because of the crowd, since he was a short man.
4 So running ahead, he climbed up a sycamore tree to see Jesus, since He was about to pass that way.
5 When Jesus came to the place, He looked up and said to him, Zacchaeus, hurry and come down because today I must stay at your house.”
6 So he quickly came down and welcomed Him joyfully.
7 All who saw it began to complain, “He’s gone to lodge with a sinful man!”
8 But Zacchaeus stood there and said to the Lord, “Look, I’ll give half of my possessions to the poor, Lord! And if I have extorted anything from anyone, I’ll pay back four times as much!”
9Today salvation has come to this house,Jesus told him, “because he too is a son of Abraham.
10 For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save the lost.”

Are you not like the Pharisees that grumbled about going to the house of an UNREPENTANT sinner ? ? ?

I do not like run on posts, but this became necessary:

Now, I would like to tell you a small part of my personal Testimony, which you obviously do not know.

I was was the very first Volunteer Protestant Chaplain, to enter the Security Housing Unit, (the HOLE), in the End of the Line super-max prison in California. I will tell you two stories, one a success, and the other is yet unknown, if he ever responded to what I told him about Christ.

The very first inmate that I ever saw was double murderer, on a Sentence of LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE. He was in the VIOLENCE CONTROL UNIT, the HOLE, as the inmates referred to it. That means he committed some very violent act out side of Prison, and a violent assault on staff inside the Security Housing Unit. I was told he was the most dangerous inmate in that prison, and HE WILL GROW OLD AND DIE IN THAT CELL. I would periodically stop and visit John, and would usually take him some Christian Literature, and of course I would always Witness to him, and show my Christian love for him. Some times he was just happy to have someone to talk to, as he was on Solitary Confinement, and other times he cursed at me, and yes I got called just about ever Name in the book. But I would remain Christ-like through all of it, hoping that my faithfulness would help him to respond in genuine repentance. NOW HERE IS THE LESSON DO NOT GIVE UP ON HIM. I witnessed to him with no sign of success for many YEARS, and the last time I saw him in that Prison, was he was out in the regular S.H.U. (the Hole), and I told him I was moving to another town, but I wanted to see him before I left, and not just abandoning him, thereby encouraging him. That was 9.5 years Later.

In the town we moved to was another super-max prison, so I Volunteered there too. The head Chaplain wanted me to do the Protestant Services in C-Yard and D-Yard. So about six months into that ministry, I was putting my Sermon Notes on the Pulpit, and in the Door came JOHN! He stopped for a moment and a BIG GRIN came across his face, and he came up and gave me a great big hug. He told me he was a Christian now! He sat right in the front row just in front of the Pulpit, every Sunday that his Unit was NOT on Lock Down for the next 5 years. So when I retired from the Post Office (how I paid the bills), the Last Day before I turned in my I.D. Badge, I when to see John in his CELL. He was jumping and shouting before I got to the Cell Door, and HE HAD SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO SHOW ME. He shoved a couple of pages through the crack at the Door to me, and it was HIS PAROLE PAPERS and he was going to go home. A: Sentence of Life with No Hope for Parole, TO: "HE WILL GROW OLD AND DIE IN THAT CELL", TO: A Parole for Good Behavior. Only GOD COULD HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN HIS RELEASE.

@@@

Now the second story I will tell you, is an Inmate in the Security Housing Unit at that first Prison, whom I only saw once. The CDC rules were for them to fill out an Inmate Request of Interview Form (KITE is what the inmates called it), before I could go to their cell door for a Religious Visit. So I never heard back from him. This story involves a game amongst the inmates, and it is where the INMATES try to out do one another, on who can be the most OFFENSIVE TO CORRECTION OFFICERS as they can be. And this one took the grand prize for sure.

Ladies, you may not want to read this, and I am sorry, but I need to tell it so he will realize, there IS NO SINNER THAT I WILL REFUSE TO TALK TO, BECAUSE CHRIST CAME TO SAVE SINNERS.

He chose to strip nude, and cover his body with his on feces. Even his hair and his beard were matted in it.
A Correctional Officer asked me if I would try to talk to him, and he warned me to stay about six feet from the door to his cell, as he liked trying to throw stuff out at Staff.

They were this type of Door with all the little holes drilled through the 1/4" sheet metal. So they could not throw much out, but no one want to get one drop on themselves. Every time we entered the S.H.U. we had to put on the Stab Proof Vest, before we could enter, and it had to stay on, no matter how hot we got in it.

So I agreed, and I said a little prayer, asking to be FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT, and fully trusting in the Lord; I went into the unit, and stood about six feet from his door. At first I realized the smell of him was as gross as it gets, but I started to tell him about the LORD, and a few minutes later, a thought raced through my mind. "I CANNOT SMELL HIM ANY LONGER, THANK YOU LORD" I proceeded to tell him how the LORD saved me, and keeping it simple, explained how he can have a REAL relationship with the LORD. I talked to him about a half hour, and it was as FERVENTLY as ANYONE ELSE, that I ever explained to them the GOSPEL and JESUS CHRIST. As I left his Unit, I even when to the one of the OFFICERS that went to my Church, and told him that I do not know if I got through to him, but HE HEARD THE TRUTH, even if he rejects it.

YOU SAID in Response to my Witnessing to ANY SINNER, "I think not!"
NOW YOU CAN SEE, YOU ARE DEFINITELY WRONG.

I challenge you, WILL YOU DO THE SAME FOR CHRIST who paid for their SINS on the Cross?

Or is the answer you will give to the LORD, still, "I think not!"

Thanks. It is good to clarify some of those things. Our beliefs have many similarities. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
That is unfortunate. Let me explain. You may find some very insulting remarks concerning the Mormon faith in your travels in Christian forums.
Welcome to the community.

Yes and I was involved with Set Free Ministries, Melodyland Christrian Center Suicide Hotline Center, and the Substance Abuse Foundation employed by the latter two but this wasn't about us was it? It was about name calling, the name in question was Salvationist and that Salvationists were radical, hardcore conservatives from the Methodist faith but they ARE evangelicals through and through but that they have changed their tune some when free money came on the seen. They are not a saved by works denomination and could care less about someone's history before they were saved However they do require repentance to become a member. Nothing to do with ones personal salvation. To them doing good works are a blessing. I think it's sad that they changed for money. I'm certainly not a gay basher, in fact I have been accused of being a gay sympathizer here. I object to hipoocacy and wrong terminology. Separate issues.

You consider them them hardcore conservative, evangelicals. LOL, I am way more hardcore conservative, evangelical than they are. Unless you have a different definition for that term.

I do not believe that anyone can be saved without Receiving JESUS as LORD, meaning Master, out of PURE LOVE for HIM.
I believe that ALL MEN are equally GUILTY in GOD's Sight of breaking the WHOLE LAW, Jam. 2:10.
I believe ONLY GRACE through faith, NOT WORKS, can SAVE anybody, the Moment they Believe.
I believe You MUST PUT YOUR WHOLE TRUST IN THE LORD, for your Salvation, and NOTHING on the GOOD THINGS YOU DO.
I believe the LOVE that GOD put in our hearts, Rom 5:5, produces the same kind of LOVE IN US.
I believe AFTER ONE IS TRULY SAVED, that LOVE will produce a Loving Obedience.
I believe the Calling Out of the BRIDE will Be Pre-Tribulation.
I believe that most of the BIBLE must be taken Literally, unless there are obvious figurative language.
I believe that GOD says, we are not to ordain women.
I do not believe the modern day tongues, fit the Biblical examples, therefore they are not the Real McCoy.
etc., etc.

In other words, I am the exact opposite of what is called a Liberal Christian.
The origin of Salvation Army spun out Armenian Beliefs, which is less than my Conservative Evangelical Beliefs. Sure they were a Uniform, but that has nothing to do with being more of a hardcore conservative Evangelicals. HOWEVER, I still absolutely BELIEVE Christ walks around 7 candlesticks, that represent the Seven Types of Churches of Yesterday, and TODAY.

I do not think someone being deceived, going to Hades/Hell because he was deceived, is something to make fun of. The Picture is what I object to, but is truly is SAD.
