there are many times that I wish I have the MIB amnesia flash thing so that after I sinned, I can then use the MIB flash thing on myself so I don't have that lingering memory of sin, but 1 John 1:9 can hopefully work just as effectively as well

I know, that forgiving yourself is a hard thing to do.

But if you truly repented and confessed it to him, He forgives it:

Psalm 103:12 (ESV)
12 as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us.

THAT IS AN INFINITY.

Believers can wait for science to prove itself, until then we have no intellectual obligation to accept it. :)
You are exactly right. We are under no intellectual obligation to accept what science says because they do not know either. Their theories are mostly postulating or guessing.

Does wine have leaven in it<---YEAST to cause fermentation...............!!!!!
It would be the same wine as referred to in the bible. Do you partake of the bread and wine on a weekly basis, in remembrance of Jesus Christ?

Partaking in communion doesn't mean you think it saves you. It's symbolic, a rememberance not a magic ritual that is required to kept to be part of God's family

Not sure who you are talking to, but it is one of those that I put on my IGNORE list. Jewish Table Wine at the time of Christ was about 1/3 of the Alcohol content of American or European Wine. I would be like drinking a wine cooler. You have to DRINK three times as much, to get drunk, as just about any other wine.

HOWEVER, the special wine for PASSOVER was often NON-ALCOHOLIC Wine:

". . .
The most popular solution, though, was adapted from a common custom of the old country. Immigrants soaked raisins in water and boiled down the liquid, producing an ersatz wine. It was thicker and sweeter than wine from grapes.
Most raisin wine was non-alcoholic, either because American Jews mistakenly conflated fermentation with leavening, which was proscribed on Passover, or because this left it exempt from excise taxes. Some made the wine at home, but production also migrated to small shops and basement wineries. By 1890, the six leading vendors in New York alone sold 40,000 gallons of this Passover wine.

Thank you, VCO, but most of those images are not in the file format that I prefer to use for my graphics... remember the angel I used from a painting you supplied? I had to erase everything from around the figure of the angel to isolate it. That particular one was relatively simple and did not take very long, but it is not something I would want to be doing on a regular basis, as it is very time consuming. I am on the lookout for male looking angels, though :) And I did download a few paintings that I may consider isolating the angel from the surrounding environment, after the one you gave me, but I have not gotten around to doing any of them yet :D If you ever do have anything to share that I could add to my creations, you would not have to worry about sizing it ;) I do that myself, to proportionally fit with every other element, as I add them to the template/panel :)
Magenta, I found lots of male angels, on a google search. All I had to do was to put Warrior Angels of GOD pictures, in the GOOGLE search block. That a look:

Hi theanointedsinner, absolutely Christians confess their sins and He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins. A Pastor once likened confessing our sins to washing our hands during the course of a day's work. You would not go through your daily routine without washing your hands because they will get dirty right; likewise he said confessing your sins is keeping your spiritual life clean during the course of your daily routine.

Confessing our sins at some point in a Christians life should happen automatically.

1John1:9
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

One post says "Sinner" the other post says "winner"

The bolded exceeds any and ALL things when it comes to sin being forgiven and forgotten.....
Hi decon, can you make clear the two posts above, are they one and the same "POSTER"

this is how propaganda works. just keep throwing stuff out there, true or not, doesn't matter, then demonize any who disagree.

this is why studyman will not discuss or debate. his stuff only works if he controls the conversation so he can be on the attack and accuse, accuse, accuse.
Propaganda going strong these days in all arenas

Could someone who believes they can lose their salvation (I just lost it at the store a couple days ago...) answer this?

WHY does it say HATH eternal life. PRESENT TENSE? Why does it say that, if we dont even know if we have it until we go to the other side and see where Jesus puts us in?

Btw if I believed like that ^ I would stop being a christian immediately. Because im not going to waste my life here GAMBLING my salvation to see if I did good enough to earn it, only to then not make the cut in the end.

I believe you need to KNOW present tense that you're saved. Right now. Not gamble and wait and see
If you believe in Christ and you have faith in Christ, and you are born-again, and Christ ordained before that you walk in good works, would you leave the church because you knew Christ expected you to be engaged in the building up of his kingdom, and you had to do something besides say that you believe?
