Two things: first, I’m not reporting anyone; I just like watching him squirm in his hypocrisy. Second, I promise I’ll let you know if I ever care what you think of me. Cross my heart!
I was so scared I almost dropped my cheeseburger. You almost owed me a cheeseburger

Amen and as we have said 500 times......Faith alone is what saves a man, after initial faith and eternal salvation-->ANY work, fruit etc. is the result of CHRIST as the ROOT producing IT IN US as a living sacrifice and as a VINE we but bear it........

It is ALL CHRIST or it is fraudulent/fake!
See where it says “faith alone saves man”?

Here is where DC said faith alone saves. Faith does not save, grace does. Saved by grace THROUGH faith.

Confusion of the thing wrought and the instrumental means by which it is wrought

Ok you said me first. So have integrity and produce what I asked for

dear friend. to say saved by faith alone is a slogan. it wasnt meant as all encompassing saying i believe.

like if i say "by faith alone in Christ alone" does that mean i say God the Father is not involved its just Christ? of course not. its just a slogan from reformation. by grace alone through faith alone by Christ alone. its funny when you say it actually cause its three thinsg and it says alone lolz.

i dont know if slogan is right word here, i dont mean as derogative like a tv advertisement. but like a thing you say thats catchy you know?

Well a number ofverse seem to show differently, that is why I hold this belief;

James 1:12, "Blessed is the man who does endure trial, for when he has been proved, he shall receive the crown of life which the Master has promised to those who love Him."

Matthew 10:22, “And you will be hated by all for my name's sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved.”

Matt 24:12-13, “And because of the increase in lawlessness, the love of many shall become cold. But he who shall have endured to the end shall be saved.”

Hebrews 10:36-38, “For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. 37 For yet a little while – He who is coming shall come and shall not delay. 38 But the righteous shall live by belief, but if anyone draws back, my being has no pleasure in him.”

Hebrews 9:27-28, “And as it awaits men to die once, and after this the judgment, so also the Messiah, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, shall appear a second time, apart from sin, to those waiting for Him, unto salvation.”

Romans 13:11-12, “And do this, knowing the time, that it is already the hour for us to wake up from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than when we did believe. The night is far advanced, the day has come near. So let us put off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light.”
And contextually you are not only conflating biblical truths you are also taking a few examples abive out of context to push something the bible does not push and also pitting the bible against the bible while sowing confusion....IT CANNOT BE BOTH WAYS and gramatically I have already proven salvation is a CURRENT POSSESSION and spoken of in ALL THREE TENSES......sorry....you're worng!

And yet you still haven’t supplied us with the DC’s post where he says we save ourselves. Run Forrest, run!
amen.....I have from day one and for almost 6 years straight on this site pointed 100% to Christ, his work, his ministry, his sacrifice, his blood as the means of our eternal salvation based upon the faith he begins, finishes and completes in us....anyone that states otherwise is either blind, mistaken, misunderstands or is flat misrepresenting the truth of what I have said......
