Misrepresentation, what I consider one of the most evil acts one can do in this world. Whether it be misrepresenting someone else as something they are not, or misrepresenting yourself as something your not.
One of the biggest contradictions found right here in your first 17 words because that is exactly what you do with the bible and faith!

you have no authority to warn anyone. you are bearing witness of yourself, that is invalid.

and, by the way, since you insist that pisteuo is mis-translated, and should be " surrender" then why was the word paradidomi , which means a personal surrender, why was that word not used?

I mean, it was used 122 times, it is not a obscure word.
The true definition of the word shoots his cracker jack theology out of the sky like a Japanese Zero over Midway.....!!

But He doesn't know you.
I have been reading your words which bring forth no truth...
You have over stepped the mark many times...

Matthew 12:36
But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

You have spoke wrongly about my sister UG who IS in Christ Jesus , and here you are telling her the LORD does not know her , who are you to make such a claim?

Your true colors are showing now because no one stands on your mountain that is built on sinking sand...

you are dodging the question- why was the greek word for surrender not used?
We already know why..........but hey, religion loves to bind the truth into a skewed quagmire of static with no discernable truth that has power...

Thank you Rosemary you are very kind to defend me! :)

In some weird way I am actually fine with the fact he does not consider me saved, since that would mean in his eyes I followed his wonky doctrine which I do not!!

Coming in after the battle. Go back in the bushes and dream up more ways to misrepresent others. I've seen you in action. Your one of the best misrepresentors out there. Hall of Fame worthy.

speaking of misrepresentation , you STILL have not addressed that fact that there is a greek word for surrender, used 122 times , and why is that word not used for believe if in fact the " true" definition is surrender.

surely your prof explained this....

His professor hah.....it is amazing how many are led astray by failing to acknowledge the true definitions of the inspired words and or twisting the word out of whack like Pastrami.....!

What's wrong is your application of the verse and then skewing it by your fantasy gospel not found in scripture!
What's wrong with my application? the verse says Jesus who humbled Himself to the point of a servant, was a man in every way, tempted as a man and was made victorious as a man thus was saved just like men are.

My question to you is simple; was Jesus saved? how?

The wages (what we have earned - Romans 3:23; 6:23) because of our sin is death (not only physical death, but eternal separation from God in the lake of fire, which is the second death - Revelation 20:14). That is the penalty of sin in which we need to saved FROM. Believers going through the process of ongoing sanctification are not sinless, without fault or defect, flawless 100% of the time. Those who believe they live a sinless, without fault or defect, flawless, absolute perfect life 100% of the time (exactly as Jesus lived) are suffering from a terminal case of self righteousness. (1 John 1:8-10)
Common sense. If you have already been saved/rescued from sin, you can not continue in sin; and if you continue in sin then you have not been rescued from it.

Good grief! Stanford University has really done a number on you! o_O Romans 8:9 does not back up your argument (just the opposite). We are sealed with the Holy Spirit the moment we believe the gospel. (Ephesians 1:13) You should never underestimate the Word of God.

John 15:3 - You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

Ephesians 5:25 - Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word.

James 1:21 - Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

1 Peter 1:23 - having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever.

Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Praise God! :)
All these should be ok but it's the understanding that fails. Let's apply all the above to Zacchaeus now that we know he was saved.

At what point in Zacchaeus life:
1. Did he get sealed with the Holy spirit?
2. Did he believe the gospel?
3. Did he have the word implanted?
4. Did he get born again?

Anaheim, Cali.
This grace, is it for the godly or the ungodly?
Grace is ongoing. 2 corinthians 12:7-10> … I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. 8Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
