Well, I have heard people come to believe after watching a debate. It’s true. You can spiritualize it but the Word says how shall they believe unless someone preaches. A man has to choose to surrender. God is not doing it all for some and letting others go to hell.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
No, I’ve found the knowledge of God and understand Him. I’m not at all confused. Did you ascertain when the Bible uses “born again believer” in the sequence?
I am by no means saying you aren’t born again.........what I am saying is....a born again knows they are saved and can never die....only our flesh.
I don’t understand why you don’t understand that?....
I don’t take offense at your questions, my dear. I understand it completely but know the Bible doesn’t promise this. The NT is chalk full of matters we must take care of. It describes people who fell away and offers no assurance that they’re going to Heaven anyway. Never promises we can’t fall away. Jesus actually said many would. He didn’t say they were going to Heaven anyway either.

No,there is nowhere in the bible that reads born again believer.
My question was not meant to offend you....I’m trying to understand where you are coming from.
I can’t relate to what you are teaching.....because for me as a born again...what you say here,is false .
I must stand on the word of God....only a born again will see heaven...my security is in Jesus that he died for me and saved me from hell.
Stone, you might surprised at how practical Jesus was when he asked for obedience. Simple commands whose obeying or not is clearly measured. Wash, drop
your nets here, go there, take nothing, show yourself to
the priest. Not very spiritual. And yet powerful if followed.

You admit “born again believer” isnt once in the Bible and yet you insist you’re standing on the Bible. Do you see a problem there? You limit heaven for a description that no Bible writer uses.
I believe those who repent of their sins, receive forgiveness and surrender to Jesus are his. I prefer Bible terms. “Born again believer”isn’t one.

Yes,i repented of my sins...Jesus drew me to him and my spirit surrendered to his.....he testified to my spirit that I was his child.....do you agree with that?....do you believe he cleansed me from all sin?
She is against those of us who have security in Christ and her goal it’s to present to us her view if the truth. Not to learn from anyone or seek what we really believe
A great and true description. She as well likes to admonish everyone with her "years of dedication to the Lord" as if we are so much lesser and we are without dedication.
This site and this thread has lasted much longer than any of you "newbies" who have come on here to try and degrade those of us who have been here a long time. Bad attitude? You bet I will have a "bad attitude" as long as the Truth of the Word of God is being distorted, presented falsely and self righteously.

When I was saved God testified to my spirit that I was born again.....nothing more to say really....
DorothyMae with the greatest of respect...I don’t agree with what I have seen so far...it is all self and work related.
Nothing glorifying our Father in Heaven.....salvation was a free gift from God to me....
Jesus paid the price for my sin.....he died so that I may live!
