He likes to confuse the issue, that’s why I rarely respond to him.
No one can accuse me of confusing issues. Those who know better would say I clarify issues (as I did in this case).

Bur when someone DISAGREES WITH SCRIPTURE (which I posted to make my point), then we are dealing with a hopeless case.

Jesus never promised he’s praying so you don’t fall away. I know you believe it. Why didn’t he tell ALL of them that he was praying for them equally too?
John 17:11, Jesus praying:

I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one.

At the point of belief all past sins are atoned for (Romans 3:25).

Don’t depend on a OSAS marketing slogan to be at peace with your sin.

That is reference to the past sins of Israel.

This is what happens when you deny context.

Scripture here is quite clear.....
13When you were dead in your trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our trespasses,
14having canceled the debt ascribed to us in the decrees that stood against us. He took it away, nailing it to the cross!…

Are we here “one?” So the evidence is this was not answered for this group.

The passage about Jesus not knowing some is in Matt. chapter 7. Chapter 25 we can assume was taught days if not years later. Chapter 25 is not at all later in chapter 7 as you said above.

As I said, your theology requires isolating scripture and pasting them together. One sentence in Matt 7 is pasted to one in Matt 25 to come up with the theology.
You are terribly confused. I was referring to Matthew 7, just as I said.

“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Since God/Jesus knows everyone, saying He does not know them obviously has some other meaning to which you seem oblivious, although I have now explained it to you more than once. Why ask again? If you read further in the same chapter you will see where Jesus speaks about giving to others in relation to those He does know in a salvific sense. It is in Matthew 25. Also, the works we do in loving others (upon which all the laws and prophets hang as per the second part of the greatest commandment) would include not stealing from them. Have you really never line by line and precept by precept put these things together?

Notice you do indeed refer to Matthew 25 which you here deny you did while insulting me. Difficult to discuss with someone who refers to Matthew 25 then insists they didn’t.

What is it that you don't understand about "no dominion"? It means that, although Christians are susceptible to sin it will not control us.
Looks like sin is controlling by the number of odious responses and jeering and so one. Definitely controlling. “Me thinks the lady doth protest overmuch.”

Gifts can certainly be lost. I know many people who received nice presents from parents, say, and simply lost it. Still wasn’t a loan. How silly.
God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. From Romans 11:29.

I stand amazed at anyone who can believe such a doctrine of OSAS. That is what devalues; not only Jesus, but the whole of scripture!

Micah 6:12-13
[12] ...and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth. [13] Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins.

Hear what the LORD says!
It’s sad you still have not grasped your situation

He took away their past sins.

Not the sins committed wilfully after gaining knowledge of the truth through the gospel.

This is what God thinks of those people who sin presumptuously:

Numbers 15:30-31
[30] But the soul that doeth ought presumptuously, whether he be born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproacheth the Lord; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. [31] Because he hath despised the word of the Lord, and hath broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.
If he did not take future sin we are all condemned to hell. Because without shedding of blood there can be no forgiveness
