It is free to all who truly believe. And once SAVED from the penalty of sin by God it must be for ever. Whom He justified, them He also glorified.
Once we are saved by God once for all from the penalty of sin, He proceeds to save us from the effects of sin, Which He will proceed to do, It is quite clear.
Both are free gifts from God. He saves us from the penalty of sin. The He proceeds to save us from the power of sin,
The free gift was ours once for all when we were originally saved. God does not go back on His word.
I was saved once for all from the guilt and penalty of Sin when I truly believed in Jesus Christ as my Saviour from sin. I am still being saved from the power of sin by His grace

Careful, blaspheme of the Holy Spirit of God is not forgiven to man. Please do not call that which is Good evil, which you have just done.

All I know is that there have been about 3 to 5 that have earned the name Mr. Twisty........and the bible is clear...I am saved the moment I believed and acknowledged Jesus....right NOW I am a son of GOD...not next week, next year or when Jesus comes...MY spiritual birth was instantaneous the moment I acknowledged Jesus by faith...that birth was Spiritual, of incorruptible seed, eternally applied and resulted in my immediate and continued justification by the blood and faith of Christ. It sanctified me (positionally) in JESUS for ever and cannot be bought, earned, maintained, kept by any human effort, work or merit. It was and continues to be a free GIFT based upon the grace and mercy of Christ/God.......
Then tell me, if he is so much less than you (it doesn't appear you see him as equal), because you know your own self - why do you seem so offended? You think he is being smug about it? Tapping his fingers together saying 'yes one point to DD'? Or maybe he's angry and every time you say something he throws a chair through the window, takes a deep breath then says something loving? Or maybe he is trying to defile you, turn your words against you?
On a positive note, maybe he thinks you have something to learn from him, and he from you? Or maybe he thinks you could be good friends? Or maybe he genuinely loves you as a brother and it is not pride? Or maybe he is sat calmly, no smugness, no evil agenda, just waiting for you to say something nice?
Either way, everything above, is simply as assumption. You cannot say any of those things and act like it is the whole truth and you KNOW it. Are you God? Of course not. But it is a little unfair to make such assumptions, not instantly recognise that, and therefore not simply say, yes I made an assumption, that was wrong. That is just being humble, even if we have a moment where we mess up.
On a positive note, maybe he thinks you have something to learn from him, and he from you? Or maybe he thinks you could be good friends? Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
James 1:12

This is exactly what salvation is. A gift, a prize, a present given to those
God loves and have found favour with Him.
God does not give this to people He hates or who hate Him.

will find just judgement and their final destination.
