pned You are arguing aginst a strawman you made up in your head because I gave no opinion, only Jesus words:
You didn't answer my question - do you believe that Christ is the Saviour? Yes or No?

The question was of salvation, not that we shouldn't conduct ourselves AS Christian. Should we truly do those things, then it is as a byproduct OF salvation, not to attain salvation. This is a critical distinction.

Even in salvation.

“It’s important to understand that a life without Jesus Christ has the self as central and on the throne while Jesus is outside the circle of our lives. But when Christ comes into our hearts Jesus is now central and on the throne and the self is to yield to Christ. To receive Christ it involves turning to God from self (repentance) and trusting Christ to come into our lives to forgive us our sins and to make us what he wants us to be, Just to agree intellectually that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that He died on the cross for our sins is not enough. Nor is it enough to have an emotional experience . We receive Jesus Christ by faith, as an act of our will. - “

I'll ask you the same question I asked Speak Truth101: do you believe that Christ is the Saviour?

That’s fine you’re entitled to your opinion however it is “your opinion” and it’s one of many floating around about it. Perhaps we shouldn’t get too dogmatic about. I’d suggest holding your opinion loosly

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. He is also my King, my friend, and co-heir to the Kingdom through Him

Loosely? Not sure what you mean by that?

meaning your opinion could be wrong because your human understanding of the scriptures could be biased.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.”

Well, if He is, then He must be the one who saves fully and completely, with nothing of salvation outside of Him, nor that is not by Him, right? In that case, why would someone need to do anything for salvation? Were that needed, regardless of what that something might be, then He simply cannot be the Saviour - it can't be both ways at the same time - that He is the Saviour, yet He can't produce salvation.

God wrote the Scriptures precisely that we should know about salvation - so there no mystery remaining about becoming saved. That Christ is the Saviour, tells everyone, everything, necessary to know regarding becoming saved - it is all summed up by His title.

Don’t know how it works specifically , I’m not intelligent enough to address all the little intricacies of our faith but I know that God describes his ways as.

““As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬

those "ways" also included making it simple - that's salvation's secret - that Christ alone and by Himself, is the Saviour.

Clearly there is disagreement about it and intelligent people/ theologians argue from both ways meaning there is mystery there and interpretations differ as a result.
Or perhaps you are insisting this so much because you are the one person who has it 100% right trying to school everyone on this correcting doctrine going back 2000 years? Yours is the interpretation everyone should subscribe to? 🤔

exactly it is very simple. It is an act of the will. Jesus is presenting two opposing choices. Alluding to the fact belief is an act of our will to come out of the darkness and into the light

“Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.”

No, not that, but it all comes down to one word: Saviour. When you've comprehended that title, you've comprehended salvation, until then, not.

Not if His title is Saviour. Belief is a gift from the fruit of the Spirit from being born again from being saved.

What was your point with those verses?
Show Yahshua is the foundation and His words are very important

Matthew 7:24-27,24 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does them, shall be like a wise man who built his house on the rock, 25 and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. 26 “And everyone who hears these words of Mine, and does not do them, shall be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand, and the rain came down, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat on that house, and it fell, and great was its fall.”

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

John/Yahanan 14:26, "But the Comforter – the Holy Spirit which YHWH will send in My Name will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatever I (Yahshua/Jesus) have said to you."

John/Yahanan 6:63, "It is the Spirit that gives life; the flesh is useless. The words (teachings) that I (Yahshua/Jesus) speak to you, they are Spirit, and they are life everlasting."

Matthew 21:42-46, "יהושע said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures, ‘The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner-stone. This was from יהוה, and it is marvellous in our eyes’? (Ps 118:22-23) “Because of this I say to you: the reign of Elohim shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits of it. “And he who falls on this stone shall be broken, but on whomever it falls, he shall be pulverized.” And the chief priests and Pharisees, having heard His parables, knew that He was speaking of them. And seeking to lay hands on Him, they feared the crowds, seeing they held Him to be a prophet.”
You didn't answer my question - do you believe that Christ is the Saviour? Yes or No?
I must have missed it, I dont recall you asking it,

I believe this to be true:

Hebrews 13:20 “And the Mighty One of peace who brought up our Master יהושע from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant.”

and I posted this passage to you before and many times here

Acts 3:19-23, “Repent therefore and turn back, for the blotting out of your sins, in order that times of refreshing might come from the presence of the Master, and that He sends יהושע Messiah, pre-appointed for you, whom heaven needs to receive until the times of restoration of all matters, of which the Mighty One spoke through the mouth of all His set-apart prophets since of old. For Mosheh truly said to the fathers, ‘יהוה your Mighty One shall raise up for you a Prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear according to all matters, whatever He says to you. And it shall be that every being who does not hear that Prophet shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.”

Do you believe this to be true?

John/Yahanan 12:48, "He who rejects Me, and does not follow My words has One Who judges him. The word that I have spoken, the same will be used to judge him in the last day."

We can see it time and time again in scripture. The command is to “repent” which is presenting the listener with a choice to repent or not and be saved

“Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭38‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Here Mark alludes to a choice or act of the will.

“Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16‬:‭16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Yes, but that only address the what, not the how. It is saying faith has to be present in someone, not of how it was acquired.

[2Ti 2:25 KJV] 25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

[Act 13:48 KJV] 48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

I asked and you didn't answer. Simple yes or no will suffice, no elaboration needed. Do
you believe that Christ alone and by Himself is the Saviour - the one who saves?
