What I'd like to get to is what can begin illustrating the shared omission among ALL the historical views.
Question for each who would respond... Would you agree with the following:
The standard default understanding is that God is transcendent to [beyond] the created earthly realm (the natural universe); and that God dwells in the eternal heavenly realm, from infinite eternal past to infinite eternal future. This implies that God has His inherent existence in the heavenly realm, from whence He created the vast expanse of the natural universe.
IOW... God's existence is in heaven. Heaven is eternity. Eternity has an infinite past and an infinite future. From heaven, God created the entirety of the natural universe. In heaven, God created the angelic host, etc.
Isn't that the universal understanding? Yes or no.
