...According to scripture. if one fulfills the law completely. he has earned the right to heaven. Unfortunately, also according to scripture. only 1 person in the whole of history has accomplished this fact. and that man is Jesus.
Yes. And its very important to underline that He kept the whole law in all. Not only what some call the "moral law". All of it. Every jot and tittle. That's something that deceived people who wants to be justified through the law will not do, they will just pick and choose from the law, what suits or fits them or what they think is "holy enough", yet failing to ever reach up to God's standard. So God's people is saved by works: the work of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Actually there is only one way to heaven according to Christ.
Joh 3:3-7 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

There has never been any other way, even Old Testament saints like Abraham, Moses had to be born again if they were to see the kingdom of God
This also confirmed by;
1Co 10:1-4 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.

The only difference between a Old Testament saint and the New Testament saint is the method that God used to revealed Himself {Old or New Covenant). To the Old Testament saint (saints like Abraham, and Moses) came to know Christ through the Old Testament Scriptures and as a result were saved by placing their faith in their beloved Messiah who had not yet made His earthly appearance..Where as a New Testament saint looks backward and places his faith in Christ based on our knowlege of the first advent of Christ.

No point in confusing people by saying there is two ways to see the kingdom of God and then turn around in the same post and demonstrate that in reality there is only one way. While it may not confuse the born again believer, it might confuse the nonbeliever that enters this forum and reads your posts.
My point was against those trying to use law. It was to show them their ways are in error. because according to the law. only perfection and complete adherance to the law can save you.

thus according to scripture we have two ways.. to save ourselves we must be perfect. But we have failed. thus we need Christ.

amen.. Jesus tried to show this by his comments to and about the pharisees.. who might have tried their best to do this, and thought they did (thus did not need Christ) but were in error of their thinking.. which of course, this made them angry, and is why they crucified Christ.. Because a legalist does not like to be told he is in error.. and that all his hard work of trying to be right in Gods eyes has been all for naught..

And Paul had to battle the same evils in for example Galatia:

[h=3]Gal.5[/h][1] Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
[2] Behold, I Paul say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.
[3] For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
[4] Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

[5] For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
[6] For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
[7] Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth?
[8] This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you.
[9] A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.

...it is this crap that says obedience is REQUIRED that makes it a false doctrine. because you are depending on self to save you and Not God.. and yes, This I will fight tooth and nail, because it leads people to hell.
Crap is the word, bro. People into that crap usually love to lift themselves up against "vile sinners" such as gays, prostitutes and drug addicts etc, which are certainly abominable sins, yet they themselves cannot see that they themselves are also living in abominable sin, the sin of unbelief and self righteous pride resulting in embracing a false gospel. This is the leaven of pharisaism: hypocrisy!

anything that has the word self, or I in it. is sin.. does not matter what it is.

From what I have read, I don't see where anyone has argued that we can get to heaven by our works or by our own merit or by anything we do. It seems to me that people are just reading into things that aren't being said.
