I believe that is number four in the list of commandments. Says something about remembering that day. It says not to work on that day but then again, what is the definition of work? I wouldn't worry about it as most people think that the 10 commandments are obsolete anyway.

Beware the Ides of March. I think that is some kind of Roman pagan holiday. Or Greek. Something to that effect. Then, there is also March Madness to consider.
If we would only refer to scripture rather than the traditions of men. Satan is subtle, and (including myself) we have no understanding of how we are attributing to paganism and calling it Christian. Why do we make light of it, and joke around? What is the spiritual influence? How does our Chreator view these things?
It is the same problem that Paul tried to address in the church at Corinth. Especially with new believers, but even with otherwise mature Christians; the influences of our society compete very effectively with the influences of Scripture.
It shouldn't be that way; but unfortunately it is.
