Ephesians 2:15-16 (KJV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP]Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
[SUP]16 [/SUP]And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

The enmity isn't the "law of commandments contained in ordinances," that God ordained (verse 15) It should read.... even the law of commandments contained in ordinances of man made doctrines. Jesus killed those "man made doctrines" of sin, which is the "enmity" caused by the carnal mind that propagates the sin. (verse 16)
