God said from the dust you where born and to the dust you will return

So you are only your flesh?..... Interesting.

And, you are not body, soul, and spirit?

In Genesis 3:19 when Adam was told that?
Adam did not know much if any Bible doctrine.
So? God kept it very simple to keep it on his level....

But, as Royal Family of God?
We are required to know much more.

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through.
May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming
of our Lord Jesus Christ." 1 Thessalonians 5:23

You have not misinterpreted anything. But you have automatically assumed that "to be conformed to the image of His Son" means to be saved. However what it means is to be transformed into the likeness of Christ. And the epistles are full of teachings regarding this.
OK, I'll try to list the whole process in chronological order as I understand it.

1. At some point in the distant past, before God laid the foundations of the world. He wrote down the Names of all those He purposed to save.

2. At some point after we were born, God began the work of regeneration, so we would embrace the gospel when we hear it.

3. He gave us the faith and strength to turn from our sin, repent, believe the gospel message and put our trust in the Lord.

4. He then does the work of transforming us to into the image of His Son.

5. Finally, after death we receive our glorified, sinless eternal bodies

From God's perspective we were saved before the world was created, but from our perspective I would say it's after we came to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord said, "believe in Me and you shall be saved" so it's at that point that our salvation can never be lost. Believers are already saved and we already have eternal life guaranteed by God

what your not understanding is it is not your will,

Your will was born under God. He created it

God created everything even your will.

Your choice has nothing to do with your will.

If your will was free you would be God.

You would be able to will anything

You can't
How about this: since you keep rejecting the definitions and uses of "will" that everyone else uses, how about you provide the definition you think is correct.

The bible definition of will in the bible, in almost 100 percent of scriptures, is how God uses will to bring something into existence, or wills somebody to something with his power, which is the same thing.

So I'll stick to the biblical understanding of will,

Thankyou very much 😊

you might want to check out the thousands upon thousands of head wrecking cabbaging doctrines,.centred around free will. Before you make this choice 😊

Free will is atheists dream ticket to paradise. Freewill has originated from people who have gone mad trying to understand there own mind. ( The emotional people in crisis).
And you might want to get your own story straight as you have claimed will is an emotion, we don't have one only God does, and a few other crazy notions.

You can disagree with what I say but I at least can explain it coherently.

How anyone survives being struck makes me stand in awe. I've read of people who have been struck multiple times and survived.

That is referring to God's will. We are made in His image and likeness which is why we have a will. To not have a will of our own makes us less than human.

How could Adam make a choice contrary to God's will, if He didn't allow him to exercise his own will in the garden?

You make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

You got off on the wrong foot, unless you are saying that he purposed to save all human beings. God WILLED that all men be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth, but He has set conditions for sinners to be saved by grace. Obedience to the Gospel is a necessity.

Why did Adam eat the forbidden fruit?

Why did Cain kill Abel?

Why did Abram build an altar?

Why did Ruth stay with Naomi?

Why did David marry Abigail?

These are all expression of human will. Each person chose a course of action, thereby expressing their own will.

Your explanation is flawed because you are only using the examples of God's will to define the word. The Bible uses the word but does not actually define it. There are very few words defined in Scripture.

If God willed all people to be saved then all would be saved.
