Thank you to those who raised specific Scriptutal objections along the way. Those caused further study which further confirmed Psalm 119 is without question the the Son's prayer for life and to be raised. He even refers to Himself as a slain Lamb in the last verse if it had been translated correctly. The questions led to even more proof that Psalm 119 is the Son's prayer.

He said He had a commandment from His Father that He would be raised because of His obedience.
You missed/left out where Jesus said He would do it. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself.
I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Yes, He did.

Yes, He did.
Didn't miss it. His Authority to lay it down was in His obedience. His Authority to receive His life again was in His faith in His Father's promise/commandment to Him because of His obedience.

Other Scriptures specifically tell us the Father raised Him.

Not going to debate with you. Presented what you needed to know.

Your scenario presents Jesus as being given all power and authority because He obeyed
God, but then disobeys the command to raise Himself. Doesn't make much sense.

2000 years it was hidden. tried to explain it to people a few times in recent years. Lost some time in there. Guess it does not matter since believers cannot even see it. Had nothing to do with keeping it hidden for 2000 years. Maybe it will stay that way.

He was separated from His Father during death while He suffered death for our sins. Psalm 88 makes that clear.

His Father had to raise Him. He could not raise Himself.

Of course. You must not have read many of my posts. Unbelievable question coming from you.

He became a Man in flesh and emptied Himself or set aside His Divine attributes to suffer death for us as a Man to save us. He did that as a Man.

It should have been translated receive as a few other translations got it right. that is what matters. His Father raised Him as many other verses say. In the Psalms He asked to be saved and raised in a number of places. It is integral to understanding Scripture that the Father raised Him. If He raised Himself then His prayers in the Psalms would not make sense. He was dependent on His Father as a Man.
