Now why would I bother following the posts of a cynical judgemental person like you? I'm too busy getting into scripture
if you don't like it, tough. Stick to your demonic comic books, CS Lewis and other trash if you like, I prefer the bible.
heh, you calling me judgmental? you make me giggle.
you said i should join in with some arguments and i was just responding that i have. i wasnt saying you should follow my posts, but apparently you have a bit with the cs lewis reference.
i couldnt care less how your busy trying to use scripture to show everybody how smart you think you are. everything but the bible is trash huh? i think i understand now, your a sheltered child. its ok, im not going to continue making you uncomfortable and fussy. with experience comes maturity, youll figure that out someday.

it stars keanu reeves. you might like it. its pretty cool cuz he is an exorcist who fights demons and stuff.
I used to really enjoy those types of movies but as I learned more and more of God and who He is, I found that I couldn't watch anymore as it started looking like blasphemy and The Word kept popping up in my thoughts depending on the scene so no I don't see them no more.

yes, we are going to identify,
bible says, rich person recognised lazarus who is poor in the world
bible says ' peter identified moses and elia who met at the top of the hill with lord jesus christ, even though they have different era
in the heaven, we will be in the presence of wisdom of god,so surely we are going to identify
may god bless u, amen.

In Mark 12:24-27, Jesus told the religious leaders that the marriage relationship would end in heaven because we will be like the angels in heaven. So it is safe to assume that the same will happen to all relationships when we get there. But what is more important than any of this is getting there.

Yes I do believe that's what you call it when you write posts not addressing the topic, but the person's motives or attitudes.

Your "arguments" are usually nothing more than two-liner cynical jabs at other people's genuine opinions and their motives or attitudes. You have a go at me for using scripture in a BIBLE discussion forum, it's a pity you can't seem to argue about how great Jesus is, only CS Lewis and some stupid movies. LOL.

Question : marriage in heaven, none Matthew 22:28-30

We will be like Christ; they recognized Christ after his resurrection,
with my eyes I shall see God, Job

actually when Mary first saw Jesus she thought He was the gardener

Can you picture Jesus, newly resurrected, stretch his back and say, man...I feel like landscaping!

It's an interesting thought. I always thought she thought Jesus was the gardener because it was dark and early in the morning and that's when gardeners are about If anything, it proves that Jesus didn't look particularly different from anyone else at the time - and disproves those ideas that Jesus was 6 feet tall in a society where the average height was 5 to 5'.5 LOL.

aww, thats cute. your using lol at the end, as if your having fun. can you hear yourself? your all flustered and frustrated and desperate to prove yourself right. take a breath, calm down. though i would expect that you would trash a prominent author and excellent movies since thats your maturity level, its really not necessary. you can keep throwing words that dont apply at me all you want, like stupid and trash, but its just exposing your ignorance and immaturity. it makes me laugh that you think i care about you at all or anything you have to say. your a buzzing gnat to me. and im going to be the better man, and no longer post responses to you here. feel free to throw whatever childish words back at me that you want, i couldnt care less. your nothing.

Spoken like a true servant of satan. Your nickname suits you. I'm sitting here thinking what a petty little fellow you are. I'm sure a dead fish is more capable of an intelligent objective discussion with you based on scripture (this is a bible discussion forum afterall, and not a place to discuss literary works like CS Lewis) than you seem to be capable of.

and thats totally fine. ya know, hollywood is really a poor source of,...well, anything, except for excess and sexuality and just plain perverseness. but basically, my philosophy has become, look for the good in everything, and maybe even a subtle, slightly hidden message of goodness that has managed to escape the editors. i have found that if your willing to see, there can be many messages of goodness and peace, in the most innocuous of places. it really is amazing, the way and places that god chooses to reveal himself. sometimes, im just sittin reading a book, and a sentence will jump out at me and be in my head for days, and i realize its because theres a message there that i need to comprehend. and its the same with movies. sometimes theres that are happening, and ill realize, hey, theres a message here, i just need to think on it and so i do, sometimes for days, weeks, months, and then i see, there is more there that was seen at first.

heh, yeah, ive havent even seen that movie. but i guess i dont feel motivated to see movies that everbody has already said is crap. no hes not a great actor, but when hes put in a good role, such as constantine, the character itself outshines the actor. and the movie itself, is bigger than whatever hollywood actor was put in it.

This questions can be answered simply if we know and understand fully what is the spiritual and physical components of man. Man is spirit, soul and body. When a man died in this world, the spirit will return to God and the body will return to dust of the earth. The soul who will go to heaven is this same soul we have now. The Bible say, we shall have a new glorified eternal body to cloth our soul there in heaven.

We know that the soul have the mind, intellect, emotion, and will. The mind in the soul have all the memories we have in this world and God through the Holy spirit can add to these memories things we desire to see in heaven, and what we miss in our life on earth because God holds all the records of all human beings born in this world even those aborted by their parents. Those in heaven will recognize their children, relatives and friends.

Of course, all the sad experienced, painfull thoughts, and frustrations in the past will be covered by the joy and glory that will be met there in heaven. And that includes meeting all those people who obeyed God like Moses, Abraham, Jacob, Elijah, Paul, Peter, John, etc. and talk about individual experiences in the old earth. How about the joy of being together face to face with our Lord Jesus in heaven.

do not call me buddy. im not your buddy. and do not insult my intelligence by saying i know very little about what you talk about in here. that is false.
and do not tell me i need a dose of reality. i deal with a heavy reality every day and im older than you are.
Blessings to you Semiazas, I have found in my walk that there is age & there is spiritual age. I have been astounded and amazed to benefit from the postings of 23 year old roaringkitten and also from others like mahogany & miss Harley Angel... we are all different parts of the body of Christ and can all serve to learn and benefit from the strengths of other believers regardless of their age. The Holy spirit within us is timeless and some are truly filled with the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. I dont know if you believe or not or where you are in your walk. obviously you are here for a reason and I just pray for God to bless you in here and soften your heart towards him... never mind those of us on here who are constantly in err (cause we are human) I pray for you to know Christ, repent & receive the life transforming Holy Spirit. If you've already done this, accept my humble apologies in Christ. BLESS YOU. And I do agree, the "buddy" does sound condescending when read in the post. Like I said dont judge Christ on the failings of us Christians. :)

Us aussies frequently use mate or buddy when talking to someone, just like Americans say "man", or "dude". It is no more condesendning than saying "dude". That's my opinion but oh well, Americans aren't exactly the ones to lecture others on using cliches or perjoratives in the course of conversation ;).
