question: Can an unsaved person be baptized in the Holy Spirit?

I would have thought a person needs a spiritual gift and needs to be anointed by God to perform deliverance on a person that has a demon that has no permission to possess a person myself. as judging by the bible a persons thoughts can be controlled by possession.
Judging by the bible this type of unclean spirit has learnt to deny Gods authority, and has probably learnt to site scripture for it's own purpose.
The bible clearly says a child is not subject to God's wrath. From scripture there is no reason why this should happen just the fact a child was possessed.
So that demon has been able to do what it shouldn't, also baring in mind a child has a guardian angel who looks back in the face of God.
This shouldn't happen and I personaly don't think your qualified to know what your talking about.

i don't care what you think about whether i know or not, any Follower of God, who is Saved, and Fasts, is qualified to Cast out Demons.

But not everyone will recieve the same gift.

25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” he said, “I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.”
26 The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, “He’s dead.” 27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up.
28 After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?”
29 He replied, “This kind can come out only by prayer.[

So what prayer must be prayed do you know.

How am I Pentecostal for literally believing Mark 16:17?
The fact that YOU pick and choose what to think is for today and what can be discarded tells EVERYONE reading you are not a true Follower of God.

I know a child like this, he would say I'm not speaking to you to upset someone.
Only the other child would not respond in pride or become upset.
Because that child knew all to well this person would then say you you you, have a pride issue.
I really never knew or understood the person who lead a person to be prideful, and then accusing them of being prideful.
