Respecting Other Religiond

Don't you just love that how you come to a Christian site to talk about God, and your obvious love for God yet some people want to call you evil?
Whether your doctrine is evil or not dont it make ya wonder how these other Christians glorify God when anything you say is evil if you do not agree with THEM? Has little to do with scripture but more with who is right or wrong?

What happened to encouragement? I guess it was replaced with condemnation.

If someone has judged someone else as evil, Yahweh will determine if that person has cause. The entities that have devised each's own design on others purported as from Yahweh are the only ones evil. It is very simple, if the system of religion has departed from Yahweh, from being of the nation of Israel, from the natural Vine, and from the gospel taught by Yeshua, it is evil. This by no means is to condemn misguided members of these assemblies. Worhip Yahweh, believe the gospel of His precious Lamb, Yeshua, amen.

I have notice an increase amount of threads bashing Roman Catholicism. I just want to point out that there are people who are Catholic and of other religions (christian or not) are satisfied with their spiritual path. I do however personally believe that there is no such thing as a "false or wrong religion" just as long as they are not harming others. In my mind, the only right religion is the one that fits them (just like a pair of shoes) and I do think bashing someone's religion is wrong is contrary to love and respect. You do not have to agree but please do respect their decision (as it is their legal right to adopt the religion of their choice). Loving your neighbor means to love them even if they refuse to convert to your faith.

could please show me where in Scripture that it commands us to respect other religions? What Scripture in the Bible tells us that we should respect other religions? I don't think you are going to find a Scripture like that. There is a BIG difference between bashing a false religion and simply exposing a false religion. I do agree that Christians need to be very discerning of who their dealing with and that we should evaluate how we approach other people when we are attempting show them the error in their belief system.

Now, just because there are Roman Catholics or Buddhists or Muslims that are satisfied with their spiritual path, that does not make them okay in the sight of God. Because if they do not accept the Lord Jesus Christ, then the wrath of God stills abides on them and they are already condemned and headed for hell.

You see shyness, we can never trust our feeling or how we feel when it comes to religion. Truth be told, there are false religions and wrong religions in this world. Every religion that is not from the Bible and that was not founded by our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is a false religion. All other religions in the world that were founded by men are false and wrong. Christianity, Biblical Christianity is the only true religion that exists on this earth. Remember what Jesus said in John 14:6?

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. - John 14:6

Jesus is the way to the Father. The only way. That means all religions that exclude Jesus and that have other ways are wrong and false. False religions like Roman Catholicism, Islam, Buddhism, Atheism, Hare Chrishna, and so on, etc. are false religions that do need to be exposed because they are leading millions, if not billions of people to hell. See shyness, we as Christians are not called to be pacifists, we are called to be spiritual warriors for Jesus Christ.

For me I was a Christian but since I'm no longer one anymore, it is too late for me to come back to Christianity (I have missed the boat and the ship has already set sail without me). I do believe in keeping an open mind of accepting people of other religions and other cultures and not be judgmental.

it is never too late to return to the Father by way of accepting and believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. None of us on our own merit are good. We all are filthy and defiled. We have all come short of the Glory of God. That's why we need a Saviour. If you don't think you are saved Shyness, or you are simply not sure. Well then, you may not be. I challenge you to fall down on your face and to humble yourself under the mighty hand of God and repent and truly believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Again Shyness, it is never too late. As long as you still have breath in your lungs and are still breathing and are still alive, there is still hope. The only time when it is too late is when you die and then you have judgment to face.

Yes, our evil agenda of helping the poor, tending to the sick, working to stop the slaughter of the unborn and giving help to women in need, educating our young, respecting and honouring the elderly, and spreading the gospel of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

You have made wonderful points in your statement.
Yet, even is someone knows the way, and the truth...if they do not show it in a way that is pleasing to God, and with love then they are wrong.

Catholic Christianity is the most Biblically sound, Christ centered religion out there. It's not to say that there aren't many good and very devout Protestant communities, but when it comes to the sheer love of Scripture, Catholic liturgy is chock full of it! Almost everything in the Liturgy is based on Scripture, from the opening prayers, to the hymns, to the responses. Christ founded His Church and promised to protect it, and indeed, promised that the gates of hell would tremble before it. Yet somehow we're to believe that this Church He founded went off the rails within three centuries, got corrupted, and was only fixed about 1200 years later?

True. The only cemeteries that will bury people with no money are Catholic cemeteries. The state won't even do that unless they have no living family, and then they'll just get tossed into a grave with no ceremony or nothin.

Don't they say you should never discuss religion and politics without being open minded as it offend other people and everyone is different and what faith is about is believing in our hearts regardless of whether you are an aetheist or a Christian , muslim or whatever.Believing is not just sticking your head into the bible and not seeing the world around you.
