On what scale do you place rewards in the Kingdom vs salvation into the Kingdom?

IMO.

Salvation of a man is of more benefit to God than it is for the man. Why? Because God Gets the glory.

After salvation, the bible speaks of rewards for the believer.

Rewards given to a man is of more benefit to God than they are to the man. Why? Because God gets the Glory.

Salvation and rewards are of equal importance to God. Why? Because God gets the glory.

It is why the "warning" verses in the Bible are on the same scale of salvation, because we glorify God in our rewards.

It is why some of the more "harsh" verses SEEM to look like loss of salvation.

Thoughts?

More than my brain can handle today. God will get the glory by just looking at His work in my own personal life. The only reward I want is for Jesus to welcome me into heaven.

However, Scripture is clear that loss of rewards is not loss of salvation, so there should be no confusion.

Salvation and rewards are not of equal importance, as God does not show favoritism to any man.

Rewards are only based on how faithful one was in continuing in the faith, as salvation is based on keeping the faith in the Lord.
If a person is less faithful then another they will still receive eternal life by keeping the faith, therefore salvation and rewards are not equal.

I thought God is my salvation and my reward. I thought God always gets his glory. Even if we never existed, God gets his glory. Even if the universe never existed, God gets his glory. God is glorious, thus his glory is him.

We would be on the same page VW.

God Is going to get His Glory no matter what. But we have the express privilege to play an active role, through our own personal volition to glorify Him.

We can sit on our butt.......Gods going to get His Glory.

or

We can be active and play a personal role in revealing His Glory. We are benefited and blessed with eternal rewards that we have the privilege to cast at His feet.

And God does not take this lightly, as a lot of Christians seem to think.

1st Corinthians 3.....hammers home your thoughts.....both groups are saved...one group is honorable and has works of gold, silver and precious stones...the other group is not so honorable and have works of wood, hay and stubble.....both are tested by the fire of God and the not so honorable crew has their works torched yet remain SAVED yet so as by fire!

Small problem with this list:

1st) You said nothing about repenting of sins and being baptized (born again), two things the Lord said unless you do you will not see the kingdom of heaven..........

2nd) You said salvation is a current physical possession, but Apostle Paul disagrees with this as he says we hope for, seek for, and continue in the faith to receive salvation. It is a present mental assurance, not physical possession !!!

You do not need to hope to receive or seek for something you already have, but Paul says we do do this..........

3rd) You say salvation can not be lost, but the bible in Romans 2:6-10, Romans 11:19-22, Colossians 1:22-23, and Acts 20:28-31 is not talking about rewards in those passages.

*Things Children of God Can Do:

1. Fall from grace - Gal. 5:1-4,13
2. Be led away with error - 2 Pet. 3:17
3. Err from the truth - James 5:19-20
4. Weak brother may perish - 1 Cor. 8:11
5. Fall into condemnation - James 5:12
6. Be moved away from the hope - Col. 1:21-23
7. Deny the Lord who bought them - 2 Pet. 2:1
8. Depart from the living God - Heb. 3:12
9. Can be a castaway - 1 Cor. 9:27
10. Can become accursed children - 2 Pet. 2:14

I covered it by what the bible actually says as I posted the exact scriptures from the Word of God, so those sayings are God's words not mine !!!

Look at the final 10 points from the bible that I gave, as those verses are talking to believers on how they can still fall away from the faith.

Ken I completely agree with your list. And a believer that believes they can lose salvation, fits into 1 through 10.

They have fallen from grace...........they wouldn't believe they could lose salvation if they understood Grace.

They are led away by error..........they have no knowledge of Him, they think they can lose salvation.

Err from the truth..........they don't believe they have eternal life(Eternal doesn't mean eternal.)

weak brother may perish.......they work and maintain salvation from the flesh, they may receive sin unto death(Physical death/ they are worthless and the Lord brings them home for someone else to do their DIVINE works because they were operating from their FLESH(human good.)

And so on.....

they believe they can lose salvation......they lost their hope.

they believe they can lose salvation.......they deny the Lord who bought them.

they believe they can lose salvation......they departed from the living God and think of Him on human terms........

Loss of salvation believers fit your list perfectly.

I think you need to go read those verses I gave, as most of them even say in them salvation or eternal life !!!
They also say these words; grace, death, condemned, judgment, and cut off.........

The consequence to man for rejecting Salvation is destruction and eternal torment. The consequence to God when man rejects salvation is momentary sorrow. Therefore, IMO, man gets the greater benefit.

Yes they are related because if you are not under God's grace and are not receiving remission for your sins, then you are not going to see eternal life. Being under those two is a continuous action by keeping oneself in the faith of Jesus Christ !!!
