You stated my argument was was that baptism was NOT FOR THEM
I misread what you said. Sorry. I read it as you saying baptism was not for them (people) not sins.
I stated that your argument was that they baptism is not for the remission of sins (that is correct) but rather because of the remission of sins.

And I also stated that I reject that argument because of my kjv-superior position in regards to the inspiration of the Holy Bible.

I refuse to judge you by saying yes or no.
But you do.

I wasn't baptised in tg the name of Jesus only.
You believe that is what needs to be done for the remission of sins.
Therefore by inference then I have not remission of sins and if there is not remission of sins then I am not saved.

You judge not directly but by inference and subtlety

How were you saved? By your pastor immersing you in water?

Or By God immersing you into Christ? His death and burial, and his body?
I'm pretty certain that the beginning of my salvation was when I called on the name of the Lord.

But I don't think that receiving baptism in Jesus' Name caused any harm. I made certain that I have the Holy Ghost by fulfilling the condition of the promise.

The condition for the promise, in Acts 2:38-39, is repentance and baptism in Jesus' Name for the remission of sins.

The promise is remission of sins and the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
Nope

The condition for the gift of the spirit is to repent all of these are in second person plural form. Even in the old king james which you claim you li=stern to says repent YE (the plural form of the word you)

Then he tells people to be baptised sis the remmision of sin.

These are third person singular forms (even the KJV version you idolize uses the singular ‘YOU” as apposed to the plural “YE”

So then we have to look at the word Eli’s (for the remmision of sin)

is can be used multiple ways.

For the remission f sin. Meaning in order to recieve

For remmision of sin, or on account of already recieved remission of sin

are just two examples

Now we turn to the rest of the word. And find remission of sin is granted once one is forgiven sin, This happens when one is justified. Scripture says we are justified by faith, not by baptism.

so the first form of the word is (in order to recieve) must be rejected. Because it is found no where else in the word that justification or redemption of sins is based on water baptism.

No just answer my questions please.

Does baptism save in the name of Jesus only?
Am I saved when I was baptised in the name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:9
9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.

You said the above.

Relevance to baptism?
Lol. How many times do you have to ask. Even I understood what you have been asking

I am simply proclaiming what scripture says on the issue, and therefore the Lord's judgments.

When we proclaim the Lord's judgments, we are not personally judging or pointing the finger at anyone.

Just like if I quote 1 Corinthians 6:9-11 to a homosexual, I am not judging him but proclaiming the judgment of the Lord.

You did not answer my question

was you saved because you were baptised in water by your pastor for the remission f sin

or because you were baptised by God in the death and burial of Christ (rom 6) in christ himself (1 cor 12) and into his body

please stop ignoring our questions and answer them

Being baptized in Jesus' Name is an identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.

I believe that my salvation began when I first called on the name of the Lord.

What don't you understand about that?

No; because baptism is not a work just as confessing the Lord Jesus with the mouth is not a work.
Yes baptism is a work.

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but by his mercy he saved us. By the washing (baptism) and renewal (new birth) of the Holy Spirit.

Paul makes it clear. No work of any type has any part of your salvation.

I have already been baptized in Jesus' Name, I cannot go back.

So if I am earning salvation by that, so be it.

I believe that I am saved by grace through faith.

I will not continue until you answer my question.

I did not ask that. or suggest you be baptised by your pastor again.

stop trying to twist my words

again

where you saved by your pastor baptizing you in water

or By GOD baptising you into Christ. His death and burial and his body.

why is it so hard for you to answer?

If you wish to judge my salvation based on something that I cannot change, beware lest you find that Jesus judges you in the same manner on your day of judgment.

I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a direct result of being baptized in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins; unless I received that baptism before that (which I may have; since I received the gift of tongues long before being baptized in Jesus' Name).

Acts 10 is pertinent to the question.

While if anyone has doubt as to whether they have the Holy Ghost or not, they can remove all doubt by fulfilling the condition of the promise found in Acts 2:38-39.
