Abiding I received a gift of a friend of mine just before he died... Oom (Uncle) Brian Nel gave me a book, called: "Bible Readings for the home circle" And this book was printed in 1891. The first illustration of the book is where an old man of around 70 years f age and a young girl of about ten are secretely reading the Bible by candle light. And the subscription says.... THE FORBIDDEN BOOK... and under it says... "GOD'S HOLY WORD WAS PRIZED WHEN 'T WAS UNSAFE TO READ IT" My friend we are so priviladged that God STOPPED sin! God Stopped Satan's teachers that killed people in the Name of Jesus when they just READ the Bible! And now? Now we argue over the Word! Do you see how GOD will let HIS Word be the SOLE TRUTH!!! God will receive EVERY day more souls, becasue His Word does not return empty handed becasue His Word makes PEOPLE HOLY!!! They become LIVING WORD, And God said in John 1... In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God, and the Word became man and He wlaked amogst us, and we beheld His glory and we Regognised Him not. And that is how the Word still becomes man,,,, God still becomes man today, hopefully also in us both. I pray God becomes man in us... God bless you my brother!

and what is the result of all that? ironically, as Sproul pointed out, it KEEPS the born again Christian fussing with his flesh (making HIM the antinomian) when all he has to do is realize his REAL position and stop stirring up the lusts of the flesh (which we ALL have, and anyone who says they don't is a PHONY).

Jesus breaks the chains of slavery to sin death and the devil (He defeated them). but we still sin sometimes - ENTER SANCTIFICATION....john said if we claim we don't we are lying.
and makes us His servants (slaves). since WHEN does this say we are INSTANTLY perfectly just and perfectly holy? or that we EVER reach that state this side of the resurrection?
what on earth do we need continual intercession for (even when we don't know what to ask our High Priest for)?

All I ask is for God's Word to be accepted--did you read the scriptures I referenced? I never said a thing about anyone being "INSTANTLY perfectly just," or that we never do anything wrong.
I certainly do fail, and many times. Although talking about this brings up a point that I often wonder about. This probably wouldn't be possible, but IF I was more willing to submit to God's will, if I was always humbly in His Spirit and listening for His direction, would it be possible for me to do any wrong? But of course probably no one is.

Brother, please, who made you judge jury and executioner. Just because you don't agree with her slander is not being Christ minded. You as well as others including zone have alot of good things to share, then boom it all gets personal. For the love of God please, not just you all of us, we make a mockery of Christianity and are no better than the world

Speaking the truth is not slander, and warning this young lady of who she is dealing with is indeed Christ-like
Zone has absolutely nothing good to share. she is a wolf, and not even in sheep's clothing like some. She is right out in the open about it, pure wolf teeth snared and all.
There are many that do make a mockery of Christ, with their false teaching and sinful lifestyles, but I aint one of them.
