I agree we should avoid the practices, but I also see how the Heart of many is in celebrating Heavenly Father's gift, Our Messiah.

We must be careful not to dismiss the fact the story of this is being relayed this time a year more than any, we should make the most of the opportunity.

How many children learn of the birth of the Messiah, if not at this time?
I can say mos children minds are on "gimme gimme gimme" this time of year, in some congregations they may bring the message to the people, but if any part of christmas is tied to it IT IS A LIE, no if ands or buts...

It is sad, unsetteling, but Yahweh willing I will never fall into sacrificing truth.

Feast of Tabernacles is a Yah appointed time, the Messaih *most likeys was born at this time, and it has Spiritual and physical training ordained by Yahweh for us why not do this?

I know why the world wont

Revelation 12:9 "And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world..."

I like focusing on Yahweh and Yahshua, beautiful, really beautiful.

But why do the DEC 25th pagan thing at all?

Yahweh tells us particular days HE calls "moadim" or appointed times, why not have enhanced worship and focus on those days? Especailly when they are the days the PERFECTLY map out the work of the MEssiah Yahshua in both His 1st and 2nd coming?

Why do it on a day when satan says to do it? All lies come from satan, verything about christmas is a lie....

Yahchanan (John) 4:24, "Yahweh is a Spirit and those who worship Him mustworship Him in Spirit and in truth."

It doesnt say "can worship in truth or lies, whatever you like!" It says MUST!

halleluYAHWEH for allowing us to search out His truths!
Every day should be a day of worship in Spirit and Truth it is a way of living.

But we can not ignore the fact that this day everything closes down and a day off for most.

All around us is festivity, the best way to deal with it is to give Glory to the Almighty GOD and Yahshua the Messiah.

I would not mind at all if i had to work the 25th of december... i don't believe in one specific day, but i propose making a family day giving praise and thanks is the best way to pass the day.

Friend we are not sacrificing the Truth but work to uphold it against the evil devices.

Could a christian drawn demonic circles in blood and do demonic rituals as long as they have a fuzzy Jesus felling and this be right and acceptable worship?

Of course not, so why is this any different?

Because the world is used to this Babylonian ritual, but in reality a pagan ritual is a pagan ritual is a pagan ritual...

Proverbs 14:12, "There is a way which seems right to a man, but the ends thereof are the ways of death."

yes... the whole deal

santa is called santa because occultist believe it is the sounds that matter, not the order of the letters, this is documented occultist literature.

santa satan...

The tree is a phallic symbol, the wreath the oppisite...

setting a child in santas lap came from people doing child sacrifice, they would set their child in Molech's red hot glowing hands and when their baby burned they would "put the branch to their nose" A EVERGREEN branch. (I could go on and on but I wont)

This is in the Scriptures and is hated by Yahweh, modern christmas is a modified version of this.

How one can read Yermyah 10 and still do IDK...

I say no for several reasons.

1. Jesus wasn't born during this time

2. Christmas didn't originate until hundreds of years after Christ was born.

3. The Bible never gives us instruction too.

Watch the video for further explanation, it's really good!
of course not we all know jesus wasn't born on christmas day, but it doesn't mean you can't give God thanks for all he has done for us on that day that's what my family do atleast, yes we know it's not the right day but we don't have to be stuck up about it though

Is it normal to use the word "bollocks" in Australia?
Yes, here it's slang for 'nonsense'. I think it's more of a British thing though. I tend to use the word more often than most people.

If a child is singing praises to the Creator that is beautiful, what do we need a re purposed Babylonian religious festival for that?

I do not try to justify false worship before my Father, it is telling though when a person who stands against false worship is the outcast....

There is not a single part of christmas that is not a lie.

There is a Messiah, but He was not born on Dec 25th, and every part of this day has zero to do with Him...

Sad, how do you think Yahweh and Yahshua feel when people are performing rituals of pagan gods and saying its for them???

Yeremyah 10 "Do not learn the way of the heathen."

Find me a verse that says it is ok to perform pagan religious rites to Yahweh and Yahshua...
To some celebrating Christmas or any Holiday is beneficial to them and God, and to otersn it is not, what does God have to say about that?
Romans 14:5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.
now does that not make sense to now all things are permissible, just not all things are beneficial?
So is it not to each of us to each make up their own minds as to what to celebrate and not.
Romans 14:4 Who art thou that judgest another man’s servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
Romans 14:10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

Allow others to do as they want as long as they do not do anything jeopardizing their salvation.

1. Jesus wasn't born during this time
People wish to commemorate His birth, the date really does not matter.

2. Christmas didn't originate until hundreds of years after Christ was born.
People wish to commemorate His birth.

3. The Bible never gives us instruction too.
People wish to commemorate His birth.

Those celebrating a saturnal are not commemorating a thing about our Lord. Those paying hommage and worship to Jesus are remembering all He did for them. As long as it does not send you or others to hell, please in the sight of Jesus Christ, live and let live as others see fit. You are allowed to do as you see fit.

And God knows who are his and who are not. And as he told the Disciples leave then alone, there were others preaching his name and did not follow their customs and Christ said leave them alone a divided Kingdom can't stand, when preaching his Name

Paul said the same from Jail, that there are those that preach sincere and those that don't
And those that don't or do that he glories in both, why?
Because the saviors name is being revealed.
So are you not happy at the name of Christ being preached?

You can use Christmas as a springboard to share the gospel of Christ to others, or you can use it to turn people off to the Gospel by your anti-Christmas rhetoric.

So Brother in Christ are you free? You do not sound like it. It sounds as if you are forcing your belief on to everyone else, and maybe you do not mean it this way, yet it is coming out this way.
And Christ came to deliver us from bondage, and be free to love each other and not harm one another, loving each other as each believes.
Is anyone here harming you?

Yes Josh I agree, we are to be wise as serpents yet harmless as doves, and the harmless is not being done here in this postings of some.
Love to you brother and for me I see do not get caught up in the affairs of men and become a fighter of the flesh and just beat the air
Thanks,

1 Corinthians 9
[h=3]Serving All Men[/h]19 For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more;20 and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; 21 to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; 22 to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. 23 Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you.

Peoples hearts open up this time of year, and they have more compassion for the poor. i feel it should be like this year around but it is not. so i'm glad atleast one season brings this out of people, i'm thankful for the season of giving, think about the poor children that will finally get a new pair of shoe, a coat, a nice warm blanket, some food in the cupboard, i could go on. Thank God for this season and Him opening the hearts of people.
