Dave Ramsey is to Christian financial well being, what Trump will be to the USA.

What should a Christian do?
You owe money to people, so pay your bills.
You used a service, so pay your bills.
The poor widow gave what she could and was commended for it.

Do you think God will bless you because you chose not to pay what you actually owe someone but gave that money to someone else instead?

You are financially obligated to pay your bills, especially if you have the means to do so.

Proverbs 3:9-10 Amplified Bible (AMP)

9 Honor the Lord with your wealth
And with the first fruits of all your crops (income);
10 Then your barns will be abundantly filled
And your vats will overflow with new wine.
Look up first-fruits in a Bible dictionary.

Here's some online help for the interested reader:
First Fruits.

A myth taught in some churches these days is that a tithe(10%, a tenth) is the same as first fruits.

There's hope. It only took Kane about ten years to finally get that pebble.

I think you should tithe and pay your bills. See if he want open the windows of heaven and pour out on you like his word says.
I did this very thing last week and got blessed with 160.00 more . Yes, it takes faith.

That show had a looooong opening! The little video snippet with the rock is in there.

I remember watching it as a kid...didn't realize the episodes were already repeats then(1980's).

Originally aired 1972-1975.

I know a guy who tithed his 11th child. Not even kidding.
And he still screwed it up.

Not the first fruits, ha!

And to WHO? And how is that not like selling a child?!

Who could do such a thing?

Wonder how his wife felt about it . . .

sigh
