Welcome to the forum Stan_Lee. You should pose a question to your post so folks can respond accordingly. So anyway here is a cut and copy brief segment of the link you provided at gotquestions.org. This subject has been gone over here several times. Most believe the bible does not teach sinless perfection this side of heaven. You may get some surprising answers.

Question: "Is sinless perfection possible in this life?"

Answer:
Ephesians 4:13 says that the spiritual gifts are given to build up the body of Christ “until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.” Some translations say that we will become “perfect” (instead of “mature”), and from this some people have mistakenly thought that we can reach sinless perfection in this life. The Bible teaches that, while we are in the flesh, we will always struggle with a sin nature (see Romans 7:14–24). No one will be “perfect” (sinless) until we reach heaven.

There is no such thing as sinless perfection. We are ALL sinners and will remain so until we die. The idea of sinless perfection is heresy, IMO...

If the goal was to be completely sinless in this lifetime, then Jesus died for nothing.

Perhaps. But what about Enoch? He walked faithfully with God for 300 years and then was taken up into heaven. Was Enoch a heretic?

I'm not claiming Enoch was sinless his entire life. (He lived 365 years, not 300.) I'm just saying that living in sinless perfection is something to aspire to. Not heresy. :)

Me - I'm sinless. At least in the eyes of God because He sees that the blood of Christ cleanses me from all unrighteousness. I have appropriated it and continually praise Christ for His sacrifice on my behalf.

In my eyes? No - but if I ever felt that I was then I would probably have the sin of pride.

I did say that it was only MY opinion. :) Enoch may have walked faithfully, but most certainly not sinlessly..

It IS "something to aspire to" but doubtful that it will be achieved in THIS lifetime..

We are sinless when we receive our glorified bodies. Until then, our spirits have been washed clean and declared righteous but sin still remains in our mortal flesh and a war wages in our mind between the two.

I would love to be sinlessly perfect.

I was in a church where I was strongly criticized for admitting I sinned except by one pastor, who was interested that I admitted sinning. He quietly responded, in a private conversation, that I was more honest than the others in his church. This was my first verbal clue from a pastor that I was possibly not so unusual among the others.

My eyes began to open from that moment, and I was free to admit my own sins (sometimes) and that certain ones in that church had sinned severely against me. The beginning of my start toward freedom and out of that church.
