Sadly I am broke I can't buy it but it looks very interesting

You are broke? No problem.

R. B. Thieme, Jr., Bible Ministries is a grace ministry and operates entirely
on voluntary contributions. There is no price list for any of our material.
No money is requested. When gratitude for the Word of God motivates a
believer to give, he has the privilege of contributing to the dissemination
of Bible doctrine.

Well studied exegetical live teachings from the pulpit, that go into great detail with the Hebrew and Greek when called for.

Catalogue view here: https://www.rbthieme.org/PDF/LessonListingForWeb2014.pdf

Lessons were taught six nights a week!

Ever been with a few friends duh yes and then someone comes in and "who's this guy?. THATS ME! haha

I need to remember to say .. what I believe well some of this here is just based on our personal belief we try to prove as fact or gospel. So I believe that we repent belleve in Christ be baptisted (if you never did does not mean your not saved) then you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Yes to some he said have you received the baptism of the holy spriit.

It can look like speaking in tongues shows one is full of the Holy Spirit .. yeah I believe this personally but Paul said "I wish you call spoke on tongues". Yeah I can't skip that then my mom asked for the holy Spirt and. for a good year or more never could speak in tongues.. did GOD lie? Well I have to correct that :) Luke 11 13 did not say you shall speak in tongues... no said He will give the Holy Spirit to them that ask. So many times I say read John 3:16-17 now read Luke 11 13? Ok who said that? Now what you do is up to you.

What moves GOD .. you know aka abba Father.. what moves HIM? Stephen full of the Holy Ghost... that right there those that do not believe in baptism of the Holy Spirit or speaking in tongues.. will not full understand this. "But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God," Had that happen.. meeting we all prayed in the spirit for along time.. I know where I am .. the preacher said.. if you do not keep this up you will lose it. I don't have the time to explain that part. It just happens after you pray in the spirit of a while. See at frist its just me praying.. The sweet sweet Holy Spirit does not play games.. So at some point He takes over. I was with a friend just after that and some guy on bike riding on the side walk hits my car and calls the police.

They come and go right to the guy telling him how.. you do not ride on the side walk (this was in Calf around LA) cop comes over... this boldness " do you know Jesus Christ are you lord?" The cop says "you know I've been looking for Church just can't find one". haha that part really got to my friend who knew Jesus and knew me. See this is why we should always be praying.

That gift of the Holy Spirit is for only believers.. it is written so stop thinning doubting questioning it. GOD said ask. now you choice. What Stephen said to those Jewish people.. that came by the sweet Holy Spirit.. from Stephen being full of the Holy Spirit. I don't know about you but Father I want that in JESUS NAME. Fill me with the Holy Spirit.

 .....

What about someone who was only told about Christ and what the atonement of the Cross achieved for sin?

He was explained nothing else, and was unaware about what takes place in regeneration.

Then simply found himself wanting to believe in Jesus out of love for Him?

Can he be saved?

Paul warned about deceptive signs and wonders. So did Jesus. The elect can be deceived. Satan can and does counterfeit tongues.

This abomination fooled vast numbers of Christians. Ignorance is not bliss. It's spiritually dangerous.

Paul's question means exactly what is recorded. The Acts 19 account itself confirms people do not receive the Holy Spirit upon belief. The men did not receive the Holy Spirit until Paul laids hands upon them. And this only occurred after they heard the gospel, and submitted to water baptism in the name of Jesus. And, other scriptures attest to this as well. See: Acts 2:4-41, 8:12-18. The one exception is seen in Acts 10:43-48 as it served a purpose. God confirmed to Peter that salvation was open to Gentiles.
If you read the from you mentioned reports
In Acts 2, 8 and 10 you will observe that each report has a certain human group in focus.
Acts 2 reveals the coming of the Holy Spirit to the jews.
Acts 8 reveals that the Holy Spirit is also meant to the samaritians, which are not accepted from the jews.
Acts 10 reveals that the Holy Spirit is also meant for the gentiles. For this unthinkable fact for an jew. God had to prepare Peter before.
By reading the text and context you can find
that each report had a purpose.
For to create from this a doctrine that you can get the Holy Spirit only through laying on the hands and as sign is the gift of speaking in tongues is very questionable. In my eyes this is a man createt supposition, but not what the bible text says. Later in the letters you cant find this teaching. Why not? For the pentecostal and charismatic teachings this is the most important issue. But this is not taught in the bible. If you read the text as he is and without laying in what is not there.

Now, what if he does surrender. He asks to be saved, while knowing nothing about what regeneration entails?
Only to find out years later, that what happened to him after he believed, is what the Bible teaches about regeneration.

Was he saved while not understanding what being saved causes to a believer?

Berean Bible Society has been helping Many to study Rightly Divided and enjoy The Bible!

Amen.
always wonderful to hear from you my friend and thank you this is great. and yeah helping is not exactly what I would call it maybe they have good intentions and I do always like to study all kinds of things but I don't think I want to be a bearan like that it just doesn't sit right with me. Granted learning is always great and I am open to all kinds of teachings but we have to also discern what we are learning that is where the spirit comes in your head may be full of knowledge but the spirit sorts out what is good and what is not.
