Getting the screened porch started. Put up the ledger board. Leigh helped. We were both on ladders.
It was a very productive day. The Lord was with us.

When I was at the Christian school, we had cleaning days. So I went with my father and a couple of his crazy friends who were also fathers of students there.....we saw a ceiling tile needed to be changed...above the stairway.....so one of the three guys had the idea of me holding the ladder, because there was nothing for it to lean against, while my father climbed up it to change the tile.....this all happened on the stairs.....

When I was in high school, I thought my 25-year-old teachers were old.
When I turned 25, I figured 35 was old.
At 35, I figured 50 was ancient.
At 41... 50 isn't looking so bad.
Isn't it funny how we keep pushing back how old "old" is... as we get older???!!
(I have a grandparent who is well on their way to becoming a centurion... and I don't see them as being old yet, either.)
When I was in high school, I thought my 25-year-old teachers were old.

At 35, I figured 50 was ancient.
