Good afternoon everyone! It is a holiday, which doesn't mean much to me since I am on disability and my husband is retired. But many people in the neighbourhood walking, riding, running etc, down the street.
Spent the morning planting more annuals. Hubby is digging out the garden beds, getting them ready to plant. I have never had to counter so many objections in my life to get him settled down to doing the job. My son is supposed to come tonight and help unload the soil.
Speaking of artificial vs natural flavours, there is a big article floating around called the "Dorito Effect" which basically says people overeat because their food doesn't taste right - all artificial.

That is why I grow all my own herbs and organic vegetables, and eat vegetarian. Because meat is all artificially grown and finished, and I can't afford the organic stuff. Or I just don't like meat!
Am I the only tea drinker here? I feel lost in a wave of coffee drinkers.
