Update on SIL-
Last night old family friends came up to see her, and she had an actual conversation with them... and sat up in her bed to give them both hugs goodbye... but still not opening her eyes.. This is a huge step, she can talk to us now (I'm guessing) but she just cant open her eyes. This evening after work im going up there to see her and let you all know her progress. the only downside is at night its bad. it gets bad at night. Her fever goes up, she gets restless... so she just needs prayer to get through the nights as easily as one can... being in a hospital bed isn't the ideal place to be i Know that, but until she opens her eyes and talks to us, she cant have anything to drink or eat... they have a feeding tube in her, but its nothing like real food..

- Eh . Never really thought of ice been slippery eh what with never having anything other then ice to walk on. eh.
- There is usually some history behind the names of places in Canada. Well eh take Moosejaw for instance. After sorting through buffalo bones all day you would be pretty excited if you found a moose jaw. Its a Canadian version of eureka.
- some of us keep trying to get to Florida but its pretty tough (and embarrassing) at the border what with the confiscation of our clothes and stuff made of skins. Corner Brook woman's sealskin purse seized at U.S. border - Newfoundland & Labrador - CBC News
- I didn't know gravy on fries wasn't normal. By the way what do you do with the gravy from KFC.
- Actually the maple syrup is thing sort of an American thing....We had too many American tourists breaking there necks on the ice so we started putting syrup on their feet at the border.

I was thinking bout starting an astronomy thread. Chat with Christians about the universe. Maybe I think the thread would be as deserted as a tea party with a skunk infestation. Lol...but I may give it a try
