Well, that's great, wished it would stay that way, for you.
You may be turning the corner, Lord, I sure hope so.
Pot roast and home made bread, count me in.

I'm doing good, the mountain air helps me breathe a
little better. It was in the middle 40,s Thursday night,
it feels about the same this morning. Stupid me didn't
bring the right clothes, may have to go shopping. The
wife had no change of clothes with her. She was at her
NC office when I called her. She left there and went straight
to her sisters house, so she went shopping.

I talk to April daily, she's doing good. They are moving her
back to housing sometime today. She's ready for me to
come home, I'm ready to go home to. I missed her and my
treatment at the hospital on Thursday. I don't have Miss
Betty with me either. So, I need to get home and get back
on my treatments.

Other than that, doing good.

I know your bread would be worth the trip.
If I ever get back to NY, I would be at your
place in a heart beat. No, not just for your
bread, but to meet a true great friend and
her family.

go to bed at 11, get up at half past midnight.
walking at night under an almost full moon.... glorious!

yes, working in IT, we get 12 hr shifts and work every 2 days. I get to work this weekend, today and tomorrow which is a bummer, but I just back from a week off so can't really complain :D gonna miss church :/ but i got to join a Friday service with total strangers which was exciting xD #newstories

I'd be glad to share :D it was a refreshing experience. I stopped going to church for a few months cuz got swept away by a non-christian :/ anyway, that's over now and I'm thankful my parents and friends encouraged me to go back to church and get active and meet and fellowship with fellow christians! so i signed up for this 'caregroup' that our church has. I had no idea who the people were, it's a few blocks away from where i'm staying and I happened to be the earliest bird. Met a lovely couple, who were hosting the service that night, then like 3-4 more couples, a mother and a daughter, oh and there was this guy who had a great testimony, of how he was saved from death penalty to a six-month extension to totally free!! i usually just hear testimonies like those on tv, but he was right next to me. it was really awesome.

it's funny how you meet strangers and then they become friends.

It really was amazing, he got saved in prison. God bless whoever brought him the Word lol must have been a tough job. And I'm Abigail :) its really great meeting you!

my sister has a friend who was recently in jail for a relatively short time.
he was so lost, and frightened (he's just 23), and there was a Bible study held daily.

it changed him, and he began to pray. idk if he's saved, but he had wanted to much to get out on bail,
and the Lord arranged it that he didn't get bail till he prayed for it. :)

now he's out and going to church every week.
i love to watch God work! ♥

and i'm very glad you joined this thread, Abigail. :)
