Thanks For the rep Dan, I think we should go back to the older shows. A lot of the newer shows are having a negative affect on our nation.. I loved the old ones where people actually cared and gave to others.. without asking for things in return.

Most of the time when I somehow get talking to a troll, they start ignoring me. Am I that scary?

I try to see others' views, but I keep running into threads on here where people in Christ are very mean spirited to one another....one upping each other. I feel like I don't fit here. :(

when I first joined I felt that way too. I just started looking around and found some very nice people to talk to. I realized I don't fit in with people who are mean spirited and try to one up each other and I thanked God. :)

Please don't allow that type of behavior to discourage you and make you feel like you don't fit here. That type of behavior happens on other Christian forums as well. Keep in mind that there are Christians who are mature in Christ and there are Christians who are still babes in Christ and also, there are genuine believers and there are make believers. I hope that you don't make a hasty decision and leave Christian Chat. You are a blessing here and your "This or That" thread has been a lot of fun! :)

I think they may know what a nice guy you are, and what a drubbing they will
get from your friends if they mess with you, so they leave you alone :)

There are some lovely praise threads, and some that a wee
elephant had made as well that are very pleasant places :)


My brother and his wife arrived a little after six, and came up for a short visit
so they could meet my cat (haha yes, my brother wanted to meet my cat), so
we had a nice little visit here, and Luna really liked my brother, and my sister
in law looked at a whole lot of pictures, and then we walked to the beach, and
had dinner in the beachfront restaurant. I treated them! Normally my brother
always picks up the tab, but I insisted this time :D We had a lovely meal while
the sun set, and then strolled home in the dark through the neighbourhood.

The moon looked pretty full :eek:

I will see them again for dinner Friday with my daughter, and again on Saturday!

My sister in law has not been out near as often as my brother, so it is nice
to be able to spend this extra time with her :) Then they go home Sunday :)

They always say they would love to move here. It would be lovely if they did :D
I have already called dibs on being their downstairs tenant haha. :)
