HEBREWS 10 consider how to encourage each other to show love and to do good things.

I'm not sure if I should be happy or sad about my life right now. I seem to have almost equal cause for one or the other... I know the bible says be joyful always, but seriously... how is that even possible? 
I have some ideas, but I'd only want to share them if you were actually asking for advice
