Desert Rose, we are in Phoenix and it was very windy and poured rain all over the city!

I loved every moment of it, because it is so much warmer than home. It just won't warm up in BC. I am usually riding my bike in Feb, and tomorrow March and still not outside. I had hoped the weather would improve by the time we got back, but the forecast is day time just around freezing, nighttime, -11 C or10F.

I'll take thunderstorms and ploughing into the wind on my bike here any day!

Going to see my sister in Scottsdale today. Pray God will open doors to witness to her, and her husband. This is 37 years of prayer and witness! I'm not giving up!

The ashes are put on the Catholics that chose to participate during mass on Ash Wednesday. I was raised a Catholic but have no idea what the significance is. I attend another denomination now that does not observe this tradition.
