Didn't see this until just now.. happy belated birthday, Ellie.
The upstairs neighbor and her stupid yahoo boyfriend, came home around 7:30 pm and promptly got into a fight, it got physical as always and he hit her, so I called the cops. They just left with him in cuffs, and took her somewhere safe for the night.. This is the 1st time I've called the cops on them, but it's the FOURTH time that I have made a noise report on her to our land lord.. :/
They have a kid together, she can't be more than 2. When she and the yahoo are here, she screams bloody murder: "no, stop,, don't, ouch".. So I'm betting he hits the kid too, because she wouldn't scream like that otherwise.. I'm tempted to call CPS on them..

They are.. He's definitely a dangerous person.. I can't say what I think of him here, lol, but suffice it to say he's wayyyy beyond being a horse's donkey.. If I knew who to contact, I'd call CPS.. I KNOW he hits that little girl. I can hear EVERYTHING they say and do, including (uckk) when they have sex.. :/ I've been in an abusive relationship too, so when she screamed that he hit her, I was like, oh no way, this ain't gonna go on.. I have a feeling that once my landlord reads my email, he's gonna send her an eviction notice. She's been warned about the noise level many times, and doesn't seem to give a rat's patooey..
