Baby is moving a LOT more often now.. and kicks up a storm and is growing.

And he especially likes it when I drink coffee... or eat lots of sugar lol. Probably a bad idea but I can't help the cravings lol

I believe both caffeine and sugar are neuro toxins. You may be damaging your baby's brain by consuming them.
(I have no data to support this.)

I don't know about sugar, but having more than just 2 cups of coffee doubles the risk of miscarriage...

Up until 2008, the general consensus was a few cups of coffee was fine during pregnancy. Then, a study led by Dr. De-Kun Li from the Kaiser Permanente Division of Research told a different story. This study was unique because for the first time, early pregnancy symptoms like nausea, which often lead to a natural caffeine aversion, were taken into account so that researchers could determine the true effect of caffeine on miscarriage risk.
Looking at over 1,000 pregnant women, the study determined that “women who consumed 200 mg or more of caffeine (in any form) per day had twice the miscarriage risk as women who consumed no caffeine.” (3) To put this into perspective, 200mg of caffeine is the equivalent of more than two cups of most coffees, or five 12-ounce cans of soda.

Oh yea.. Sugar is certainly not a neurotoxin lol. I just meant that I didn't know if too much was harmful in pregnancy.. It might be because there is a condition called gestational diabetes... but I'm not 100% sure it is related to sugar consumption.

Only around now and again...........

I guess you could say I'm a loner
A cowboy outlaw tough and proud
Well I could have lots of friends if I wanted
But then I wouldn't stand out from the crowd
Some folks say that I'm egotistical
Heck, I don't even know what that means
I guess it has something to do with the way I fill out my skin tight blue jeans
Oooooh............
Oooooh Lord it's hard to be humble
When your perfect in every way
I can't wait to look in the mirror
I get better looking each day
To know me is to love me
I must be a heck of a man
Oh Lord it's hard to be humble
But me and Mac Davis are doing the best that we can

You absolutely do have to go there! I've been to both places, on a band trip when I was in high school. It was my favorite trip! Beale Street is awesome; lots of music (they really like "Down Home Blues") and shops and restaurants. I would have stayed for the karaoke/talent show a local invited me to if I didn't have to get back on the bus and leave. Careful walking too many blocks without knowing where you're going though; my little brother accidentally ended up in some rough neighborhood. Stay vigilant!

Too much sugar can cause Alzheimer's.
That sounds like a neuro toxin to me.

https://www.sott.net/article/355446...ing-point-Excess-glycation-i-e-too-much-sugar
This problem has nothing to do sugar ingestion per se.
Glycation of molecules is all to do with high levels of glucose in the blood.

Higher than normal levels of glucose in the blood is due to abnormal metabolism (Diabetes mellitus is the usual cause), not how much sugar is ingested.
Yes, part of the management of Diabetes mellitus is to limit the ingestion of sugar. This is to prevent big peaks in blood sugar levels and to limit the amount of insulin, or other drugs (for Type II Diabetes mellitus), needed.

However, for people with normal metabolism ingesting sugar does not result in pathologically high levels of blood sugar, and especially not the chronically elevated levels need for abnormal glycation.

So, at best your comment is misleading...
