So, things are slowly... VERY slowly getting better. I say this because my counselor and I have come up with a “title” to label what I have... but in less than 2 weeks I go see my psychiatrist and they will diagnose what I have. Didn’t know I’ve been battling with this issue for a very long time, and it took me to have my son for my brain to realize something wasn’t right. So therefore, many days and nights after my son was born of me crying my eyes out and doubting my self worth... and I finally am getting the real help I need... and NOT what I just think I need. I know it sounds weird, but this is WAY better than me trying to figure things out on my own when I know i can’t. And for you funny people out there, no the label isn’t “crazy”.... although that’s what i told my counselor I’ve been saying about myself and she said that’s not right. Maybe for my mother... but that’s not me.
im just thankful I have someone to talk too and to fully open up and get the past out of my head to someone else who isn’t apart of my daily life.

Thats awesome sis. Great to see God is using people also to get you thge help you need. Still praying for you. .Thanks so much for keeping us updated, Some of us are worry wartswhen people we love are in pain and suffering!!

I had another flood in the basement today. Spent a lot of money on pumps, vacuums and air movers, Had to get rid of some carpet. And burn a day of vacation I did not want to burn.

But God is awesome, Pray your day was blessed as well my friend. Happy Friday!!
Thank you brother. Been there, done that — flooded basement. Not fun! I had to load up my friend’s truck full of wet carpet pad and find a dumpster in the middle of the night to get rid of the pad! I didn’t want it to stink up the house. Afterwards, I cleaned the floor, put down new pad and had to use a knee kicker to get the carpet back in place, then had the carpet steamed cleaned.

Good morning everyone. :)

Another gloomy day of delivering mail in the rain. I need some sunshine. I’m solar powered.

People can say what they want about Joel Osteen but I remember when he rented Yankee Stadium for one of his services. At the end he prayed and blessed the stadium (it was brand new) and half jokingly prayed for the Yankees to win. It was 2009 and the Yankees proceded to win the World Series that year. It's 208, time to invite Joel Osteen back lol

The documentary on the Black Power salute from the 1968 Olympics is so fascinating. Puts a new perspective on things. The other Australian runner supported the two black men salute and he was viewed as a traitor in his country. Sad the two black men were treated afterwards. It was 1968, they were right.

It finally stopped snowing here. After about a week of every type of snow you can imagine, coming down every which way it could, it is nice to have it melting :) It was pretty while it lasted, but weird to think that some years our cherry trees have already blossomed by now

I woke up today feeling very tired and uninspired. Please pray for me.

Spend several minutes thanking God for His love for you then ask Him what He wants you to do today. ;-)

While at the Laundry, I was reading my Bible, and enjoyed reading these.......
1 Timothy 4:14) Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery.

2 Timothy 1:6)
Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands.

Which put me in mind of:

Acts 19:1)
And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,2) He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost. 3) And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism. 4) Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus. 5) When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. 6) And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied. 7) And all the men were about twelve.

Who’s gonna bring me a big can of Red Bull? Cause coffee ain’t gonna cut it today. My son refuses to sleep through the night now. So I’m up at 12 or 1 am... then again around 3 and again at about 5-6. So this Momma doesn’t sleep well considering she has to get up multiple times a night.. and sometimes coffee just isn’t enough... and I don’t even put much sugar or creamer like I used too... needless to say, my son has changed my ways for me enjoying my coffee now. Funny how that happens huh?

We were never created to be independent from our Creator-the Great and Mighty GOD our FATHER. So depend entirely on HIM and HIM alone.
