No she is not Ruby (long story). She left her job last year to start her own charity. She has got a passion for old people, women and children and she did amazing work.... until lockdown. Now the lady that was in the NPO with her is demotivated and we are trusting God to show us what she should do next. She had such an amazing prophecy over her when she was baptized. She actually wrote it down because she didn't want to forget everything that was said to her that night. Amazing story and testimony over her life... :)

Maybe if I have time I will share some of it with you guys.

That's right! Hershey Corporation has taken a LOVE of all Americans.......the Reeses Cup and "THINNED" it down to 1/2 of the size of the Original Reese's Cup! But, even worse, they are CHARGING the very same price for these "thinned down" cups as they do for the Original FULL SIZE Cups.

This abomination can not, and must not be allowed to happen while God fearing, Chocolate/Peanut Butter loving Americans sit quietly by enduring such an atrocity.

BAN THE THINS!

Let this be our battle cry! REFUSE to purchase them! Stand with me!

GOD BLESS AMERICA, AND GOD BLESS THE ORIGINAL REESE'S CUPS!

Am I understanding this right? They halved the weight of the package and sell for the same price? If so, Wow, I hate when manufacturers do things like that. Sadly I think that will go on, they did that with chocolates and many other products in Europe years ago. Now with grams manufacturers in Europe normally used rounded numbers at all times so you typically eyeball the package and you know how much is in there. Chocolates were known to be 100g, 200g or 300g, overnight what we colloquially knew as "100g chocolate" became something like 70-80g, and this was done en masse by most manufacturers and very deceptively and slyly, because they didn't change the package or made an identical, just a tad smaller package so we don't notice. All drinks in plastic cups were 200g overnight it became 180g, and so forth. The manufacturers succeeded because it was so prevalent. But I did personally boycott any chocolates lesser than 100g ever since. You don't take my chocolate away and get away unpunished :LOL:

our, hub and myself's saving grace is that we quit eating them 40 years ago, but they were my favorite...

I am thinking something, what do you guys think about opening a thread "God's promises verse by verse"? Like Bible verse by verse but only verses where God promises something are posted. Or would it be redundant?
