let's see.....
it's 1/2 mashed banana
3 TABLEspoons peanut butter
3 egg whites
beat together & cook like you would a pancake (though I think next time I will try half cooking, then flipping, and cooking just a little more then flip again and again till done b/c there is no powder ingredients it did seem to cook different than pancakes and I ended up burning some
so I think constant flipping might help prevent that)
