I recommend if you have an Aldi store a cake called German Marzipan Stollen. It is yummy. It is in the middle section as part of the christmas stuff.

I got the name wrong. It is called Marzipan Christmas Stollen from Germany. I swore I would not have a piece today but am presently eating one as I type this :LOL:

It tastes better than it looks. It looks like blah. Dry and boring but a pleasant surprise.
I am sure you would get it in SA as Aldi produce should be the same in each country I am assuming.
The blob in the middle is the marzipan.
