Lucky you. Wished I had two birthdays :(
Oh, we were talking about birthdays:confused: Well mine is in October, but I also love February because you see pink everywhere due to Valentine's Day and that is my favorite color. Oops, now I am embarrassed. Sorry, about the misunderstanding.

Speaking of May as a birthday month, my two oldest sons were born on May 22, they usually end up on the Victoria Day weekend, so they get a long weekend for their birthdays. No, not twins, 6 years apart. They also have a cousin born on that day - apparently birthdays on the same day run in my husband's family! (His aunt told me all the people born on each other's birthdays - here I have never even met anyone ever who has my birthday.)

And thanks for all the happy Mother's Day greetings. So far, I have heard from all my kids, and one coming over right away. I haven't seen my grandkids in two weeks, between them being sick and me being sick.

I love being a grandparent, any day!

I love spring, especially here, where everything is blooming and pretty. So April and May. My birthday is in October (despite what my profile says) which is another good month, so long as it doesn't snow!

There is nothing wrong with asking for something practical. (He really wants those cool sneakers) :D
My favorite gift I ever got and actually look forward to them every year is brand new socks.

I tell you. God forgive me,...not trying to judge. But last night at the drive in. I saw a few little precious tiny children...I'd love to of raised. Their parent letting them run around unattended and so tiny. Ugh...just hurts me to see that. But though God knows my heart...I'd be lying if I said I could afford to help because I could not anyways. :(

I remember years ago a mother on television crying because her daughter was abducted. I felt like a knife had been twisted in my own heart! Then we found the mother regularly let her 5 year old ride her little bike alone to the store....I'm serious I had to pray God help me I was so angry at that woman. Shew :'(

I was at the grocery store last week and I saw this couple that was more concerned with holding hands than to hold there four year old's hand while in the parking lot. It really bothers me when I see parents who would rather touch each other that to guide their child. I needed to vent and now I feel much better. I am sorry for venting.

In agreement marieh You just want to say "Get a room people! I'd be happy to watch your children if you're not going to care!"

It actually is October 9th. I kind of enjoy when somebody gives me a hard time. My dad enjoys doing that to me and I usually give it right back.:)

I am not a huge PDA person. Although, I wouldn't mind holding hands or having his arms around me, but there is a thing called priorities and the priority is children.
